They're just truthful, honest hard workers. They don't have to do things 90 times with 70 phone calls. Their turnaround time is my favorite thing in the whole world. I've been doing this for a long time, working with many different companies. In my experience, development agencies will only do what is required of them, without providing any kind of input. I’ve found that, if I didn't spell something out in the most minute of terms, the team simply won't do it correctly. TechnoSIP offered us a project manager who has worked with us throughout the process. He was able to provide insight into what we were trying to do, actually stopping us along the way and coming up with alternative approaches. TechnoSIP's team was very intuitive with regards to more ambiguous instructions. If we forgot to include something, they let us know about it. We can't always think of everything, so TechnoSIP was a great help.

Ultimately, we had three deliverables. First was a flyer/brochure to launch our capital campaign. Second was producing the hype video capturing the spirit of the Miracle League of San Diego. Finally, Rocket Dog delivered a brand new website that exceeded our expectations with respect to usability by us for future updates, current feel to drive and support traffic, and flow of information to our families and prospective families. Rocket Dog delivered ahead of time. Most importantly, regular communication was virtually instantaneous. I felt like we were Rocket Dog's most important client and I know that we are a very small project for the company. Rocket Dog delivered on every level. The creatives were top-notch, and the technical results were exceptional, the communication was seamless, timely and highly responsive, and the end results were beyond our Board's expectations.
