5.0 Oct 15, 2020The client had defaulted on a discovery application and in five days he was going to have the case dismissed with prejudice unless he produced 17K documents. Carl arranged an eDiscovery vendor that scanned all the docs to the cloud. On the date to hear the motion to dismiss, I walked in and handed everybody a code to the cloud to access the documents. There was universal shock, people started scrambling to their laptops, and there was stunned silence because nobody could understand how a 3 attorney firm had managed within 3 days to get 17K documents organized and put into discovery. That’s the benefit of using somebody like eMazzanti.

5.0 Jul 20, 2020The project manager followed us all the way through. He made sure that we had daily updates all through the four-month process. They implemented both a project management tool and a Slack account. We were well-connected and able to follow up on everything. The lead data scientist was easy to communicate with and quickly understood the complicated setup we were trying to build. He came up with helpful suggestions on what to do and not to do. We had short daily calls with them of 5–10 minutes, which gave us a very clear understanding of what the team was working on and why. We were able to solve problems very quickly, and we had 24/7 Slack communication.
