Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Project: the migration of one of the AI models we self-host on GCP to AWS.

Several Clouds diligently got the context they needed for the project. Then they created an architecture for the new hosting of the model, and adapted it to match our needs and current infrastructure.

Finally, the Several Clouds team delivered a draft of the new infrastructure and iterated with our feedback until we were satisfied with the end result.

The result was Infrastructure-as-a-code repository with all necessary CI and documentation.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have strengthened and diversified our AI infrastructure, by now having the option to leverage 2 of the major clouds and we are going to be able to explore some cloud credit funding opportunities that were previously not available to us.

Aside of the high professionialism of the team, I was impressed with their ability to connect with the community of AWS customers, locally, organising variety of events and enabling people with the potential to collaborate with one-another, to physically meet.

We loved working with Several Clouds on this first-of-hopefully-many projects together!
