We’ve noticed a significant improvement in our network speed, and they’ve upgraded our hardware systems, specifically our laptops, to keep in step with the continuous growth of our business.

Also, we’ve conducted an internal survey to get feedback on our improved system; the results have been very positive.

They’ve managed the project very well. They know what they’re doing, are good at troubleshooting, and communicate everything that they do ahead of time — there haven’t been any surprises.

Their team has also implemented a ticketing system, which we have full access to and gives us full visibility of every task. Communication is done mainly through phone calls and bi-weekly, in-person meetings to go over any issues.

Their strongest point is their customer service. We really appreciate Jason for taking the lead on what we’re doing, which just goes to show how dedicated he is to the work, his people, and company.

They can do a faster job of learning our business culture, but we can’t hold them entirely accountable for that because it may be our fault as well.

We had a cyber attack, and our old firm didn’t know how to handle it. The cybercriminals were able to get to our data.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Reliable Technology Services immediately took to action. They protected our data and evaluated our network. Then, they made the necessary upgrades and changes to put our information into the cloud to a much safer environment and enable us to work from home when we needed it.

They installed better malware defense software and changed our data from our local server. The team moved us to Microsoft Office 365, putting our email and open files on the cloud. Overall, we’ve worked with them to protect our data better and make the system easier to use.

I work with around 10 people — there are three lawyers, four legal assistants, and three support technicians. The rest of the people in our office have worked with them to get their individual workstations running.

The problems caused by the former IT firm were pretty significant, and they fixed them without any breach of data. They restored the data we had lost and got us to a better environment in a timely manner. Not only did they reach the goal we had in the beginning, but they far exceeded it.

Moreover, their support is ongoing, and they’re always very responsible. Reliable Technology Services is responsive to our needs, and their solutions are well-thought-out and helpful.

They’ve taken care of all our needs, and they’ve done them on a cost-effective basis. We use MS Teams to meet. We’ve used emails, but now we mainly communicate via phone and video calls. They usually respond immediately — there isn’t even a five-minute wait.

They know a lot more about the current environment and threats to networks. They can protect us against future problems and reestablish our data without any issues at all.

No, they know exactly what they’re doing. They fixed our problem and helped us deal with the investigators at the insurance company to understand what had happened — their team was just outstanding.

We have a data intensive business with offices in 3 countries, and a need for secure storage of client information as well as secure access to the files for employees in all locations. Reliable has been amazing with their attention to detail, their ability to handle urgent needs, and especially their care of prevent interuptions in our operations. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As the office manager, I regularly dodge calls from vendors due to sales tactics; but I never have to do that with Jason and Melinda and their team. They never waste my time and are always making my work easier.

Jason, who is the founder and CEO, touches base at least once a quarter. Our trouble tickets are processed via an online system, and normally assigned to Tim, Nick, or Comfort. They are all professional and work together to back each other up and solve things in as timely a manner as possible. Melinda is absolutely wonderful with regard to any billing questions or administrative details.

The fact that I know them all personally is indicative of the character of this business. If you have any sort of specialized needs, this is the place to go as they do not try to put a business into a one-sized fits all model, but instead truly address the specifics.

When the pandemic hit and we had to work from home, it took less than 15 minutes of time for us to implement a strategy to move to working from home. We did not lose a single moment of being able to handle business in transitioning to remote working.

We left work one day, and the next everyone was able to log in, on time, from home and access everything needed to perform our jobs.

It's amazing how on-top of things they are.They manage to do a great job of making the urgent things urgent and accomplishing the important things on time.
