The person working on the Salesforce implementation was really personable and always on time. Go Nimbly provided all the workflows. They've followed our policies very well, too. They give us plenty of notice and let us know what we need. When they implement something, they implement it correctly. Communication with me is mostly through email, and Skype, in addition to the phone. Their response time is fast, and is almost immediate when I send an email or have an issue. Furthermore, there is ease in working with them. It helps when you are able to reach the same person instead of a help desk where you are talking to someone different every time.
