How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked together from August 2025–February 2026.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the launch of our website in February 2026, we started receiving customer orders within the very first week, which was a strong indicator that the platform was performing effectively from both a user experience and conversion standpoint. Since launch, we have successfully delivered more than 50 orders across the US, showing steady business growth and increasing customer trust in our brand. The website developed by Hyperlink InfoSystem helped us establish a professional online presence, streamline our ordering process, and improve customer engagement. We also noticed smoother order management internally and better responsiveness across devices, which contributed to an improved customer experience. Overall, the results exceeded our expectations, especially considering how quickly the platform started generating real business outcomes after launch. We saw a clear improvement in customer conversions after the new platform went live. Customers were able to place orders more easily, which helped increase inquiries and completed purchases within the first few weeks. We also saw better engagement on product pages and a steady increase in order value as customers explored more customization options.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem managed the project professionally and maintained clear communication throughout the development process. Their team was responsive to our feedback, provided regular progress updates, and delivered key milestones on time. Overall, they successfully launched the platform within the committed timeline, and we were satisfied with both their project management and delivery process.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their ability to understand our requirements quickly and deliver a highly professional e-commerce platform. Their team was responsive, technically strong, and always focused on providing practical solutions that improved both customer experience and our internal operations.

Are there any areas they could improve?

One area they could improve is allocating slightly more time for advanced testing before launch, especially for different device types, browsers, and checkout scenarios. Although the final platform performed well overall, a more extended testing phase could have helped identify a few minor adjustments earlier in the process.

6-10 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The agreed scope of work, as outlined in the Hyperlink InfoSystem proposal for the Sports Ground Booking MVP, included the end-to-end design, development, testing, and deployment of a fully functional sports booking platform, covering mobile applications, web panels, and backend infrastructure. Key deliverables included: Development of iOS and Android mobile applications (Player & Coach) using React Native Development of Web-based Admin Panel and Venue Panel Full API development and backend infrastructure using Laravel and MySQL Implementation of core platform features, including: Venue booking system with payments and confirmations Coach discovery and booking Player matchmaking and social features (friends, chat, communities) Event and tournament creation and participation Real-time chat functionality using third-party SDK Notifications, ratings, and review systems Integration of third-party services, including payment gateway, SMS verification, chat SDK, and notifications Delivery of UI/UX designs, including app and web interfaces Execution of testing processes, including functional testing, UI testing, cross-platform compatibility, and end-to-end testing Deployment support, including App Store & Play Store submission and AWS server setup Delivery of a Software Requirements Specification (SRS) detailing feature behavior and system functionality Additionally, Hyperlink committed that: The product would conform to specifications, and any deviations would be corrected at their expense The system would be fully tested and meet functional requirements before delivery All defined features listed in the scope document would be considered part of the agreed deliverables, and anything not delivered would constitute incomplete work

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Measurable Outcomes and Project Results
The measurable outcomes of the project demonstrate significant underperformance against the agreed scope, timeline, and delivery expectations. Severe Timeline Overrun: The project was initially estimated to be completed within approximately 3.5–4.5 months, yet after 18 months, only a partially functional version of the application was delivered. Substantial Scope Shortfall: Even after 2 years of engagement, only approximately 60% of the originally agreed scope of work had been completed. A significant portion of core features and integrations outlined in the proposal remained either incomplete, missing, or not functioning as intended. Delayed Partial Usability: The application only reached a minimally usable state after 18 months, and this was achieved despite major gaps in functionality and required features. Lack of Proportional Progress Over Time: The rate of delivery did not align with the extended timeline. The additional time (over 6x the original estimate) did not result in full completion, indicating inefficiencies in execution and project management. Client-side Mitigation Efforts: The team was required to adapt operations, implement workarounds, and compensate for missing functionality in order to make the product usable, further highlighting the gap between expected and actual deliverables.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project Management, Timeliness, and Responsiveness Hyperlink maintained regular communication throughout the project, including weekly calls and status updates, and remained responsive in terms of attending meetings and acknowledging requests. However, this communication did not translate into effective execution or delivery. Failure to Deliver on Time: Despite consistent check-ins, project milestones were repeatedly missed. Deliverables were not completed within the agreed timelines, and there was no alignment between communicated progress and actual development output. Lack of Tangible Progress: While updates often indicated that features were “in progress” or “nearing completion,” the corresponding work was frequently not delivered or remained incomplete. This created a pattern where expectations were managed verbally but not fulfilled in practice. Reactive Rather Than Proactive Management: The project lacked clear accountability, structured milestone tracking, and proactive escalation of delays. Issues were not transparently addressed early, contributing to prolonged timelines and compounding delays. Mismatch Between Communication and Execution: Although the team was responsive in meetings, the actual development progress did not reflect the level of communication, resulting in extended periods with minimal or no meaningful deliverables.

What was your primary form of communication with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

Virtual Meeting

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Good Sales team. Was able to sell me the world and kept following up. Huge team as well, but honestly just a bunch of clueless people with the amount of experience they are meant to have.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hyperlink InfoSystem could have done differently?

Hyperlink InfoSystem could have improved by maintaining greater transparency around progress, timelines, and resource allocation. Setting realistic expectations and aligning commitments with actual delivery capacity would have significantly improved the outcome.

How many teammates from Hyperlink InfoSystem were assigned to this project?

2-5 Employees

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

We hired Hyperlink Infosystem to build a therapy marketplace platform from scratch. The agreed scope included: therapist registration and profile management with credential verification, client onboarding and matching flow, session booking system, payment processing, and integrated video call functionality. The agreed delivery timeline was approximately 3 months.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There were no measurable outcomes. After 14 months and USD $28,884 paid, the platform could not complete a single end-to-end user flow. A recorded live review session on March 10, 2026 — conducted with Hyperlink's own engineering team present — confirmed that core functions including therapist registration, client booking, payment processing, and video session were non-operational. The project never reached launch.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was consistently poor throughout the 14-month engagement. Key failures included:

Missed deadlines: The original contract committed to delivery in approximately 3 months (January 2025) and 14 months after, no functional delivery was made.

Staff changes without notice: The project changed hands in order the company to gain more time, but nothing was solved. It kept dragging the project further and further.

No quality assurance: Despite QA being contractually required, the platform was never tested end-to-end before delivery. Never during the 14+ months of the project, the software was delivered on a minimum functional way.

Failed live demo: On March 10, 2026, after 14+ months of long complaints and back and forth communication, a recorded live review session was conducted with Hyperlink's own engineers present. The platform failed at the very first step — therapist registration. After more than one hour, we could not complete a single end-to-end flow. Video calls, payments, and invoicing were never reached. The issues were acknowledged verbally by Hyperlink's engineers during the session. The recording is in my possession.

When escalated, the matter was passed to their legal department, which refused any refund citing a no-refund clause — while ignoring express written warranties in their own proposal guaranteeing on-time delivery and spec-conforming work.

What was your primary form of communication with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

• Virtual Meeting
• Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their sales process was responsive and professional, which is what led us to select them. Unfortunately, this did not reflect the quality of project execution that followed.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Hyperlink InfoSystem could have done differently?

They did not deliver what was promised within the agreed-upon timeline. Honor the express written warranties in your own proposal — on-time delivery and spec-conforming work. Test the platform end-to-end before claiming delivery. Maintain consistent project ownership instead of cycling through multiple contacts with no handover. And when a client raises a legitimate delivery failure backed by a recorded demo, address it directly rather than routing it to a legal team to hide behind contract clauses.

I’m the co-founder of Edu Carez. We’re building a marketplace for the education field where anyone can be a teacher or a student.

We started our idea in 2021 and needed to develop a mobile application and website to put them out into the world.

Hyperlink InfoSystem has built an Android application and website targeted at our audience. We had an initial conversation to provide the scope of work and the points we wanted to cover with our idea. We aim to bring students and teachers together in one place, and they’ve understood our requirements.

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We found Hyperlink InfoSystem at the top positions and reached out to them.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent almost $70,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working with them in October 2023. They’ve completed the mobile application, and we plan to launch it by November 2024.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve been impressed with the quality of their work and their suggestions. We’ve provided them with our idea, but they’ve come up with suggestions for the marketplace. Overall, we’re happy with their services.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

They use Jira as their project management tool. We’ve been happy with the budget; we’ve received more than we spent.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the director of LDS Trust, which recently changed its name to LDS Research Foundation. Our company is an education-compliant organization that works with students to promote social innovation.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We needed to develop a mobile application to interact with students.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We shared our Android app requirements with Hyperlink InfoSystem, which included three beta phases. The app consisted of an interface for students and web interfaces for college users and professors. The team also created an admin panel according to the provided specifications. I then had to scale up the requirements, and we started working on the same process. Hyperlink InfoSystem used Python to develop the app's frontend for Android and created an admin panel in the backend.

In the app, students enrolled and purchased activities and courses, and then they started working on related articles and practical aspects with the automated generation of certificates and reports. Hyperlink InfoSystem provided dedicated resources to code our application. The team also created two web interfaces needed for other franchise holders.

What is the team composition?

I interacted with 4–5 teammates from Hyperlink InfoSystem, including Uresh (Project Manager), Raj (Android Developer), and Parth (Lead Business Analyst).

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

I found Hyperlink InfoSystem through a Google search and placed an inquiry through their site. The sales team contacted me, and we started working together.
How much have you invested with them?

We spent around $45,000–$46,000 on the project.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with Hyperlink InfoSystem from September 2022–March 2024. We were waiting to get approval from the Google Play Store to launch our app.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's project was successful. The impact of the Android development project conducted by Hyperlink InfoSystem was necessary, and their implementation model was highly appreciated. We had priorities on the software part because otherwise, the team's work reach would've been monotonous, and the technical work wouldn't been appreciated.

Hyperlink InfoSystem implemented features according to requirements and corrected a couple of impediments we encountered during development after I highlighted the issues. The team delivered all the app edits I requested, and we were satisfied with the project's results.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's delivery time was acceptable because there was a delay on my end in sending the requirement document. Considering the project was developed from scratch, the timeline was reasonable, and I understood that development projects take time. We extended the project timeline as per my requirements. We mostly communicated with the team via Skype and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I was impressed by Hyperlink InfoSystem's economic rates compared to other development companies. Additionally, the team delivered a user-friendly app. Other developers we've worked with were adamant about accepting changes or modifications. However, Hyperlink InfoSystem took it as a challenge and implemented the changes I requested. Overall, the team was agile and economical.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I'd suggest Hyperlink InfoSystem to integrate an AI segment or team to work with other technologies. I think it would be helpful for their business.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

I suggest having a clear vision of your project's requirements before engaging with Hyperlink InfoSystem, besides a verbal speech. Prepare documentation with the vision for your project, and this way, Hyperlink InfoSystem will solve the issues quickly. This was helpful for my project.

BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the CEO of Kitchen Curry, an on-demand catering company focused on serving universities, colleges, and schools. I started this idea with my brother, and through our services, users can pre-order food packets based on our daily menus.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenges were you trying to address with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We were doing all our operations manually and wanted a digital channel where users could order and pay for the food because we started contracting with several universities and colleges in Sydney.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem provides mobile app development services for our business. We've started the process by discussing the project with them, including our desire for Android and iOS platforms to cover most of the market. The team is also providing me with the app's UI/UX design, development, and deployment.

Regarding features, the platform allows users to receive notifications and a list of the ingredients we use, mention if they have some sort of allergies, and make online payments for their packages. I've also asked them to optimize the platform for future SEO marketing efforts.

We're currently focusing on the Stripe payment gateways and their customization based on our services. After that, we'll continue with the integration and deployment of the product based on the initial feedback and reviews.

What was the team composition?

We've worked with a project manager, tech leads, and developers from Hyperlink InfoSystem's team, including Parth (Team Lead).

How did you come to work with Hyperlink InfoSystem?

We found Hyperlink InfoSystem through a Google search. We were in discussions with multiple companies because we were all set financially, but we wanted a quick, professional, and responsive partner to guide us through the process. I was completely new in this mobile app development business and still had a bit of a technical background. Hyperlink InfoSystem seemed like a good one-stop solution for my business needs.

How much have you invested with them?

So far, we've spent $68,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in October 2023, and the engagement is ongoing. We're about to complete the project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Hyperlink InfoSystem has successfully completed 95% of the project.

How did Hyperlink InfoSystem perform from a project management standpoint?

There have been delays on our end because we've been on business trips, and communication is difficult due to our limited access to the internet. Nonetheless, Hyperlink InfoSystem's development timeline is great, and the team is good at taking follow-ups and giving timely updates on the process, for which we're grateful. We're glad that the team has been completing everything on their side before we go off on our trips without missing a deadline.

Regarding communication, we use Jira, where the developers show me the product's demos, and the tech leads are in continuous discussions with me.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to give a shout-out to Parth's work.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Hyperlink InfoSystem's team is professional and helpful, and they use a friendly approach to guide me in case we're going in the wrong direction. The team provides me with suggestions and solutions, which is something we're looking for in a vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don't think there's anything they can improve on. Their work quality meets our expectations.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend that people work with them on development tasks because the team has expertise in the industry.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Previously, our bespoke web application was developed in an environment, which was excellent for a startup. When we started to grow our business, though, we encountered problems. Hyperlink Infosystem took over to help us move. relational database system and modernize our current Rails-based app. In addition to the primary project, they offer continuing maintenance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our database response times and page load times have significantly improved after working with them. That almost instantly helped us both with our users on the front end and internally on the back end. Anecdotally, we are able to work considerably more effectively thanks to the system, and the migration addressed flaws that we had been battling for years.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

The main developer kept us informed of his progress and did a fantastic job overseeing the project overall. He went on to elaborate on his technical procedures, which helped me to make sense of things. Both that and how simple it was to communicate stood out.
