If things were ever off-track, we were kept in the loop by our existing Scrum framework and addressed gaps directly with resources. While we did not need to leverage this, Simform also had a dedicated Customer Success resource that we could leverage if we were unable to address these gaps directly with our assigned resource.

Great communication, always seeking clarity between my desires and what the programmers were working on. I now have to have him on future projects. I had Kewal Sanghadia as my success manager. He did a great job checking in with me along the way and making sure I was heard through the process. They were a great team! Simform is a well-oiled machine. Our company has been building our own software for the past 13 years and we just started working with Simform in the last 6 months. They have blown me away with their organization, communication, design, and programming.
