EvolutecC carried out a complete re-engineering of our institutional website in WordPress. The project included:

• A total redesign of the site with a modern, professional approach aligned with Tu Gestión's new identity.
• Complete restructuring of the content, organizing our services into three main categories: Visas, Travel and Study, and Corporate Consulting.
• Creation of dedicated pages for each service, with clear text, a business structure, and calls to action.
• Implementation of forms segmented by service type, integrated with KOMMO for lead management.
• Technical SEO optimization, including metadata, URL structure, indexing, and initial configuration.
• Speed ​​and performance improvements using LiteSpeed ​​Cache, CDN, and resource compression.
• Security configuration and staging environment, along with quality assurance testing on browsers and mobile devices.
• Self-manageable templates for services, blog, testimonials, and internal content.
• Training for the Tu Gestión team, enabling them to fully manage the site without relying on technical support. The result was a modern, fast, organized website, ready to scale with our future lines of business.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

A 62% increase in lead generation thanks to segmented forms and strategic calls to action. Improved site performance, with average load times dropping from over 5 seconds to under 2 seconds. A 40% increase in organic traffic following the implementation of technical SEO and a clearer content architecture. 
A 90% reduction in internal support requests, as the team was able to manage the site independently. Higher conversion rates from mobile devices thanks to a modern and optimized responsive design. A unified and clear portfolio facilitated communication with clients and improved the WhatsApp inquiry rate.
