We migrated our entire VoIP system from another VoIP company to one managed by Betterwold. We also implemented new hardware.

John Jordan initially worked me to determine the best solution. I think worked with a couple engineers to implement the plan.

The migration was fairly seamless. We had no down time. In addition, the entire team at BatterWorld remained in contact throughout the process.

The engineering team was knowledgeable, easy to work with and great at communication.

The provided and continue to provide the white glove service that they promised.
