We selected them based on a recommendation from some of their customers. We decided to go for them after we saw their portfolio, met with them in person and requested them to give us a vision of how the website will look like. After we saw a stunning initial quality, we took the decision to go for them.

We requested them to build the company website for Hoopoe Digital. The scope of work included the wire framing, UX/UI design copywriting and web development. The technologies used were mix of different stacks. Through, they mainly use Rails.

The majority of customers requested us to connect them to TrianglZ after they saw the quality of their work and the pricing linked with this quality. I personally have recommended TrianglZ to at least 5 of my friends with medium to large sized projects.

Weekly periodic online meetings over Google Meet. They first delivered the wire frame then the full website on the following milestone.

We carried out our own search for potential providers to commit to delivering the project, and also used referrals from personal contacts. we shortlisted the candidates to two vendors in Egypt, one in Morocco and one in Ukraine. Following a series of interviews, we decided on TrianglZ.

We started with an initial meeting to describe the business idea. TrianglZ team took the info on board and started researching the business idea. Then, they did a smart thing of arranging another session to confirm that all parties have the same understanding of the project requirements and deliverables. TrianglZ, then provided us with a comprehensive detailed plan of the sprint deliverables - including description and timeframe. The contract was signed, then they scheduled a weekly meeting to discuss the development and updates until the final delivery was made.

Before going fully online, We run a test on the delivery by collecting feedback on the platform from independent parties (e.g potential users), and the feedback was positive on all aspects - the design, the UI/UX, functionalities...etc.

Regular weekly meetings were conducted, plus easy access to the project manager and the development team in case of any unexpected issues.

The concept was to offer blended learning experience that involves text material along with interactive multimedia with advanced tools for testing and assessment of readers performances. We needed a team that can effectively transform this novel idea into a solid and user-friendly website/mobile app.

Trianglz were recommended to us among other vendors inside and outside the US. It didn't take us long to select them. They were very attentive listeners and understood what we wanted and even took it to the next level. They came up with several ideas and put a solid structure for the project with very clear phases and steps. They met with us regularly to discuss progress and get feedback. Their multidisciplinary teams took care of all project aspects related to development and design and were very professional.

We started with a couple of meetings where we explained our goals and objectives. They structured the project timeline and provided a breakdown for each phase. They walked us through different concepts that provide immersive learning experiences, one of them was exactly what we had in mind.

Despite the complexity of the concept, they excelled at tackling any challenges. Their design team provided different iterations of the UI/UX and we decided to proceed with one of them. We had meetings every two weeks to discuss the progress. We asked if they could implement new features we had in kind such as promo codes and institutional access and they were very open to ideas and usually accommodated our requests.

The communication was excellent and seamless. A project manager was the main point of contact and she was amazing. We also had several members joining the meetings when needed such as the design lead, their head of development, and so on. We also know there were 10-15 developers and designers involved in the project.

We closed several deals on blended learning books with renowned authors in the medical field. The platform design and experience was the main factor for their decision. We expect this solution will revolutionize the e-learning and publishing industry once it is live.

We had regular biweekly meetings due to our own busy schedule. They were wonderful in providing detailed updates on Google meet and by sending regular emails outlining detailed progress. They discussed every detail and always met or exceeded our expectations

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were very professional from start to end. They listened carefully to what we wanted, were on top of things, offered outstanding engineering to complex functions, and built a solid solution from scratch that we can always expand depending on our future needs. Their communication is excellent and met every deadline unless we asked for additional tweaks or modifications but they told us how much time it would take. You simply get a world-class service for an unbeaten cost.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not really. Sometimes we asked for features that we thought would be impossible to implement such as mapping questions to certain book sections and give feedback to the users. But they always surprised us with a workaround that does exactly what we want.
