The time difference was a bit of a challenge, but because of how fast they responded and any tweaks were made quickly, I never felt I should've been dealing with someone locally. They would implement the changes and turn it around exceptionally fast, basically overnight. The 12-hour time difference helped. We would tell them something in the evening, Pacific time, and by the time we got up in the morning, the work would be done.
