BACKGROUND

Please describe your company and your position there.

I am a prosthodontist and dental practitioner at my clinic named Gurdant Dental Clinic - a state-of-the-art dental clinic with the latest technology, staffed by experienced dentists. Our goal is to provide high-level care and comfort while addressing all dental needs, from routine check-ups to complex procedures.

For what projects/services did your company hire Codes 'n' Coffee Tech., and what were your goals?

My new clinic needed a website where users can just quickly drop a message and or a whole system of generating leads and all falling into one CRM and Practice management software. I checked a lot around the market to look for a software that had both CRM and practice management but couldn't find any. So I finally connected with Codes 'n' Coffee Tech. team to get this solution done for me.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I checked out for software development companies near me in Thane and Mumbai and found out about Codes 'n' Coffee Tech. from there. I actually shortlisted 3 companies but found Codes 'n' Coffee Tech. to be very genuine and reliable when I had a conversation with them and they quickly understood what was needed and the path towards it.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.

We worked on 2 projects, one was the website and another was Practice management software. For both we started with developing a flow chart first, later flow charts were converted into wireframe skeletons. Which gave us a clarity about how things will work. Meanwhile the team had already started structuring the database and APIs in node js simultaneously.

Then we started making high fidelity UI prototype and after giving the approvals for designs we converted the website in WordPress. And later practice management was developed over angular and node js. We got the whole thing running in 1 and half months.

1 project manager and 1 designer 3 developers worked with me on the whole project.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

After the output my clinic work processes were improved by 100% efficiency, for things which took us a whole day like jotting down tomorrows patients and reminding them over calls was all handled by the system now. And their website helps us with quick lead generation, leading to increase of 125% in leads count.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They majorly keep follow-ups on WhatsApp group, use Jira for project and task management and were way too quick in resolving bugs and issues. Almost every alternate day we connected to make sure on progress.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The best part about the company was how well documented their work is, I never have to go back to them for tiny things as they have documented all the procedures of complex things and have an FAQ document which helps me with even quicker resolutions. Also, their UX part is something which I have to point out specifically as that's out of the box thinking .

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were quite a few bugs in the software in beginning which lead to few issues, but they updated the system really soon and was fixed then. Probably they can work upon more thorough testing of the projects.
