We wanted to implement a customised solution for our Lab that connects and integrates with all the equipments and provide a centralised solution to monitor all the on going processes and generate reports. **SOLUTION** How did you select Sword Software N Technologies Pvt. Ltd.? We invited bids from multiple vendors and after thorough discussion with each of them we finalised the project with Sword because of their expertise and previous experience in the field. After selecting SSNTPL, we had rounds of discussion with their team that gathered information from team about the requirements and prepared a draft for the implementation of the software. After few iterations the requirements and design documents were finalised and then the actual implementation began. What was the team composition? At the very beginning of the project we were assigned a Single Point Of Contact (SPOC). We had discussions with different teams during the course of project, however, the SPOC was the key person who managed the communication with all the persons in the team. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The project was completed well before the schedule. All the systems are now integrated and managed centrally. We are now in process of extending the project to integrate different facilities and have a cloud based centralised solution for all of our labs across the globe. Having a centralised solution has already proven 80% more effective as monitoring of equipment health, on going processes and generating reports doesn't require the scientists to go to the machine physically.
