I worked with Meenu on this, he is a true code legend, works very fast and can see a problem directly, and also the ways to fix them.

It's exactly how I wanted It, WGS does what it say's, this way I keep being their customer for years now.

The communication, tickets and contact is going great, no long delay's and a good internal communication over there.

They could make anything and fix any problem without a hassle.

Not really, more people should know about how they work so they can be a customer to and help this company grow bigger to have more services out there, this company deserves a good understandding!

We started our website with WHMCS Global services as our main development team, they built the website from custom WHMCS modules to front end work. Everything on site is done by them.

We had 3 companies to chose from, however based on some freindly recommendations and reviews we picked WHMCS Global Services.

In our first meeting, we told the team our plans for the development and we started work on the plan however we did make few changes in between.

Total of 7 people, Project manager, 1 Full time server Administrator, 2 backup Server administrators and 3 developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched in August and have had exponential growth, it was beyond our expectation and this is generally due to the quality of product we were able to deliver thanks to some great work on WHMCS Global Services end.

We used Skype as our platform for communication, the project manager kept us updated on the progress of work.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Here are the following things impressive about this company:

1. Quality of the work, there were very less flaws in the work done.
2. Efficient working, our server work gets done in less then 24 hrs while for other companies it takes about a week.
3. Communication is great and the team member is available 24 hrs to provide support on any issue.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The initial period of development had some delays which were not entirely caused by the company but still we could have made the changes earlier that we made later to fix the problem.

We were looking for the agency who can setup our hosting business from scratch. We found the WHMCS Global Services they did very well job including webdesign , setup the servers as well as they managed our Datacenter as well.

Our goal was to to bring the online portal for our customer so they can buy online our VPS , Dedicated and shared hosting server and they can manage it self. WHMCS Global Services reduced our IT Cost.

GPDHost initially was taking the order offline through phone and sending the servers details via email. Our project requirements was to create the Rich user experiences website where we can show all the web hosting plans and show the offer as well. We were looking the client area for user login and mange their services and make the payment online.

What was the team composition?

Initially the only one team member was working on the project once WHMCS relise project will go long they put the server team , added the project QA , and designing team also. Yeah it take us a little time to under their project management tool which we feel they need to work on that part.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

After moving the gpdhost.com online our IT cost reduced which help us to spend the money in infrastructure now we are serving more than 10,000+ Online customers with recurring payment.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We were providing them only point of contact who contacting them to just give the idea and some reference they are very flexible for the revision.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are one stop shop if you are looking to setup the hosting company you will be in the right hands with them. As after development they are managing our servers , sales and marketing part.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Project management and bug tracking part i think they need to work on because sometime we have to remind them for the fixing.

My organization is an incubation product from our parent company, which is a telecom provider in Qatar. We are a locally hosted cloud service, and I’m a co-founder of the startup.

What challenge were you trying to address with WHMCS?

We were developing our idea and web portal.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

WHMCS’ scope was to first develop a landing page. It needed to include our product portfolio and the domain name of each service. We offer hosting services, SSL certificate reselling, a platform as a service product, and a payment gateway. We have integrations with WHMCS for all of these services. The timeline was very tight. We only had a month to do the MVP, and we were able to complete 85% of it on time.

What is the team composition?

We had a project manager, a technical lead, and a few developers working in the background. We were in contact with only three people from their team.

How did you come to work with WHMCS?

We looked up multiple providers online. We made an inquiry to WHMCS, and they responded on time. After multiple conversations with them, we found that they met our expectations.

How much have you invested with them?

We spent between $5,000–$10,000 with them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with WHMCS in September 2019. We were able to demonstrate the MVP by mid-October of that year. It was a tight deadline, and that was a big achievement for us.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We’ve had a few customers sign up recently. I’d rate our satisfaction with the project as 8.5/10. WHMCS was very good and on time, but some things needed to be improved.

How did WHMCS perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was well-tracked, but I found some gaps. They’re using a system that’s not familiar to me. It’s a very useful tool, but the tracking is missing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re a flexible and agile team, which is good for startups that need to run with multiple ideas on the fly.

Are there any areas they could improve?

It would be good if they had multiple people for certain skill sets or technologies.

Do you have any advice for future clients of theirs?

WHMCS is a wonderful company and was able to deliver on time. I’d definitely refer them. I’d advise clients to implement some kind of tracking system to maintain the timelines though.
