I’m the general manager at an automotive company.

What challenges were you trying to address with Systemico? 

Among other things, we needed help to develop our company’s main software and automation processes.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Systemico developed our company’s software from scratch based on the requirements and norms we needed to follow. Since then, they’ve helped us in other projects, including developing our automation processes.

What was the team composition?

We’ve worked with about 4–5 people from Systemico. 

How did you come to work with Systemico?

We had our first collaboration with Systemico a long time ago. At the time, we had had a bad experience working with another company, so we were very cautious about choosing them because now we had a very clear idea of what we wanted.

Some of their team members recently graduated from college and joined an innovation group. Over the years, they showed great commitment to their work, so we decided to hire them again for this development and other different projects.

How much have you invested in them?

What we spend depends on the project. We’ve had $15,000 projects, $10,000 projects, and even $1,000 projects.

What is the status of this engagement?

We first worked with Systemico about 16 years ago, and the development project lasted about one year. We continue working with them as needed.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure the success of our projects based on their ability to meet our requirements and established norms. So far, all of our development projects have been successful. Systemico delivers high-quality code. They always use a good selection of tools and create products with great UX.

How did Systemico perform from a project management standpoint?

Our communication has changed over time. In the past, we worked in person, but nowadays, we communicate using virtual tools. As we’ve worked together for many years, we know each other very well, so our communication is fluid, and we don’t need many in-person meetings. Systemico always shows great availability, and we’ve developed a great sense of trust and understanding.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’ve worked with other companies, and I’ve found it really hard to find another company that doesn’t need a big learning curve to work in our sector. Systemico has great knowledge and expertise in our industry, as well as international certifications, which places them on a level above other companies.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I honestly don’t know; they’ve provided great results for us.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Have a very clear idea of your requirements and needs so that you can communicate them clearly. Additionally, make sure that you remain involved, following up on the progress of the project.

I am an IT manager at a financial services organization.

What challenge were you trying to address with Systemico?

We hired Systemico for multiple development projects.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our first project with Systemico involved the development of our electronic invoicing system. Their team took charge of the integration of financial and tributary systems into the backend. 

They then developed our company website twice in a row, now providing support, customer chat management, and microsite management for the latest version. Both sites were built with Java and our company’s private CMS.

What is the team composition?

Systemico has provided a large team to cover various aspects of the project, but I don’t know exactly how many members are involved. 

How did you come to work with Systemico?

They came to us to offer a virtual chat system. We were interested but unable to implement the project until years later. Up until that point, however, Systemico remained persistent. When the pandemic hit, and we were forced to move forward with the digitization process, we took them in for a small trial project. Systemico produced good results, so we finally took them on as our partner.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Systemico in 2019, and it is an ongoing partnership.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our collaboration with Systemico continues to go through a great and steady evolution. They’ve been very flexible, supportive, and open to the changes required by our company. 

How did Systemico perform from a project management standpoint?

We correspond via Whatsapp, phone calls, and occasional meetings. We are in constant communication with each other and have never had any issues in that regard.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The attitude of their team sets them apart from other providers. They are innovative, supportive, and proactive. We always learn new things with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Their rates could be lower.

I work at an automotive company based in Colombia that evaluates the mechanics and environmental factors of cars through software.

We hired Systemic to develop our software.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Systemico built our software and continues to provide support to us since we constantly need to update and improve our platform. They also help us to consistently send reports to public institutions to comply with certain national and international regulations.

What was the team composition?

We communicate directly with an engineer, but there is a bigger team involved.

How did you come to work with Systemico?

We found Systemico through another company, and that company helped us reach out to the team. After that, we started working directly with Systemico.

How much have you invested in them?

We spend over 1 million Colombian pesos (approximately $250 USD) a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them around 2011–2012, and we expect to continue collaborating with them for a long time.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We measure our results according to our auditing results. During the last auditing, we only had one non-conformity, which is a very good result.

How did Systemico perform from a project management standpoint?

We use WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls to communicate. We also collaborate through video calls and in-person meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’re always looking to maintain our software and update it to match the market's needs. On top of that, the team is always there for us and makes sure that our software is working perfectly and that we’re able to comply with every regulation.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They’ve improved a lot through the years as they have grown and gained more experience.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure that the point of contact in your company has a very clear idea of what your needs are because that’s key for Systemico to give you the results you want.
