Bankberry Casimer is fast-moving consumer goods company with B2B and B2C business models for strategic business groups like fresh vegetables, fresh fruits, dry fruits, spices, and flowers operated through e-commerce and non-e-commerce platforms from India and across the globe. I am a founder, Managing Director, and CEO.

For what reason(s) did your company hire Spikeway Technologies?

We found Spikeway was genuine in providing the design and building of the portal, on-time delivery, and pricing too. Spikeway does not choose to work with all the projects that come their way. They analyze, and if they are satisfied with the challenges, then they accept the project.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goals were to design, develop, and maintain a robust, in-house portal for B2B and B2C.

How did you select this vendor?

When we interacted with Spikeway, Mr. Apurv Gupta found our project highly interesting. We discussed it via Skype over at least nine calls and around 14 to 16 hours, and we exchanged multiple emails with regard to the requirements and objectives. Spikeway was able to diagnose our issues and understood the content to be developed on the portal. Thus, Spikeway won the deal for Bankberry Project.

Describe the project in detail.

We received the project plan in a very structured way, including all the work allocations made at every stage of the project plan. The plan was broken down by week and clearly assigned who would lead the project and the team. The project was completed within the timelines and, at every stage, highly-interactive teams understood our requirements, and the portal was developed. We enjoyed working with Spikeway all the through the journey of portal design, development, etc.

What was the team composition?

The team was around six - seven people who are professional and highly skilled in the relevant field. Spikeway did great work.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was completed on time. It is on hold as the web-portal is not live on Google. Success was achieved in the development of the portal within 3 months both for B2B and B2C.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The project manager was easily accessible over phone, Skype, email, etc., cleared all our issues on time, and was highly interactive while building the web-portal. The entire team has done the great work.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They provide "the best in whatever they do" – there is no compromise with regard to the service.

Are there any areas for improvement?

No.
