The project required work to be completed on an online eCommerce platform which was built for developers to accelerate their development of online offerings for their clients. Scope of delivery included but was not limited to:

• The development of APIs to allow developers to build key functionality into their front end.
• The delivery of websites using the platform for clients.
• Development of a generic front-end eCommerce store that could be easily customised for different clients.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

There was a requirement to deliver all in-scope items within the sprint. Delivery was measured on the success of the sprint. If all in-scope items were delivered in the sprint that particular sprint was deemed a success. During tenure approximately 90% of the sprints were deemed a success:

• User growth rate

• Customer Satisfaction Score
• Reviews and Ratings

Project management was managed by internal staff but the developers were required to follow an Agile Scrim model. Items were almost always delivered on time and when there was a change in scope a pragmatic approach was taken.

The quality of the engineering staff was excellent. Nayab's had the right set of skills and the attitude that matched our values. She had a can do attitude and was willing to change technology as the company direction changed. Her set of skills are language agnostic which was very helpful as the company often built different components using different languages.

What was the scope of their involvement?

TopTechHouse handled the full end-to-end development of our wealth management web application. Their work covered everything from translating high-level business requirements into a clear technical plan to designing and building a functional MVP ready for user testing.Key deliverables included:
 Architecture & Planning:
Interpreting non-technical briefs, defining system requirements, and structuring the overall technical architecture of the app.
• Frontend Development:
Building the user interface and user experience for the MVP, including dashboards, workflows, and core navigation.
• Backend Development:
Implementing the application logic, data models, API integrations, and authentication flow required to support the core product.
• Database Setup:
Designing and configuring the database schema to handle user data, investment data, and app logic.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

TopTechHouse developed the MVP, which was launched to two users. We saw improvements in workflow efficiency and other internal processes after launching the MVP. For example, the accuracy of data increased significantly, and my administration workload decreased significantly.

How did TopTechHouse perform from a project management standpoint?

TopTechHouse’s communication was spot-on. We communicated via virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

TopTechHouse’s ability to take a non-technical briefing and turn it into a technical scope and then deliver was impressive. They understood the requirements quickly and delivered a solid MVP. They were great at taking non-technical instructions and translating them into clean technical builds.
