The goal was to develop an IOT app that could interact with embedded hardware. This includes authentications, Pairing of different home automation devices to the user, and real-time control of the devices, Share those devices with other home members.

1. Through the App, I can manage users
2. I can control devices real-time 
3. A single code base can run on both iOS and Android 

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They provided APK and test flight updates every week so that we could test and update them about any issues. They have completed each milestone before its deadline and their project manager communicates everything beforehand. So i would say 5 star for project management.

• Communication,  Project Manager is assigned specifically the project so 100 points for that :-)

Are there any areas for improvement or something Mypro Appz could have done differently?

Developers are available during GMT+5 timezone and project manager is available almost all the time. It would be great if they could align developers availability more closely with the client's time zone.
