Sectec will provide managed IT and cybersecurity services, including help desk support, remote monitoring and management (RMM), patch management, vulnerability management, endpoint security, Microsoft 365 administration, server and network support, backup monitoring, user administration, incident response, and proactive maintenance. Sectec will also monitor the organization's IT environment, remediate security and operational issues, provide reporting, and deliver ongoing technical support to ensure a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment.

SecTec significantly strengthened our cybersecurity posture by implementing proactive security monitoring, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and endpoint protection.
