      We can go to them with any problem and they're good about taking direction, as well as understanding and interpreting what it is we need. We typically communicate by phone and email, but we also have access to their code. Even though we're working with an overseas developer, the owner speaks English very well and we've had him visit our offices. He's been a godsend; he's great about taking whatever directive we have and translating back to his team.
