They’re exceptional on all fronts. The communication is extremely easy even though there’s a big time difference. They accommodated my schedule. I imagine a meeting for me was probably 3:00-4:00 AM in the morning for them, but that was never an issue. If there were any delays, my side caused them. They were also extremely responsive. We followed their project management process and it was very simple. It was easy email communication back and forth, confirmation of what we needed, and we proceeded. It wasn’t tiring from an operational perspective, and there wasn’t a lot of paperwork to go back and forth. They were exceptionally easy to work with.

Square63 has been very good at summarizing the objectives of what they were working on and explaining results in plain English, or at least in client-side terms that I could understand. They always invited me to test the deliverables and report any problems. I had a project manager type of relationship with Square63's contact. Since all the developers from Square63's team are carbon copied on every email, their members are always up-to-date on any project and can step in at any time.

The development team would host standup meetings every few days to track progress, and larger review days to track major milestones and to see the app function. We communicated mostly through email, but they were readily available from text, call and slack. How fast the team worked was the most impressive item to me. The way in which they developed the mobile app, web app, etc certainly helped us to reach MVP quicker than expected, with much more of an MVP than what was originally expected, as well. They had plenty of late nights working on the app, though they didn't have to, in order to meet their goals. That was impressive to me - they had, and still have, a vested interest in the success of the product and it made it seem more of a cooperative effort than of a strictly hired one.
