The system included a mobile application for employees and a web-based administration portal with separate Admin and Super Admin access. The objective was to bring multiple internal business functions into one centralized platform.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What stood out to us most was how professionally Agile Stormers handled both the pre-sales process and project management. Everything was well documented and clearly discussed before moving forward, so there was very little confusion about the scope, requirements, or deliverables. Their sign-off process was also well organized, and the same level of professionalism continued throughout the project. We really appreciated the structured approach and attention to detail.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Agile Stormers could have done differently?

There were no major areas that we felt Agile Stormers needed to improve. Overall, the team handled the project professionally and responded well to our requirements and feedback. Like any large software project, there were a few minor adjustments and discussions along the way, but these were handled properly and did not have a significant impact on the project.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After the website went live, our online orders noticeably picked up. We saw around a 40% increase in customer inquiries coming directly through the site, and our conversion rate improved by roughly 30% compared to when we were taking orders manually through social media. We tracked these improvements through Google Analytics and Woopra.Moreover, the fragrance recommendation page made the biggest difference. Customers could describe what they wanted and get a suggestion, which kept them engaged and reduced the chances of them leaving without buying.

Agile Stormers’ project management was so good that they even replied to my questions at midnight. The team delivered on time, with only a two-day delay, which didn’t matter. We communicated through virtual meetings, emails, and messaging apps.

After the website went live, we started seeing steady traffic coming in, and the store was converting reasonably well. The product pages loaded quickly, the checkout process was smooth, and we received positive customer feedback on the overall experience. We saw around a 30%–40% increase in traffic within the first couple of months after the launch, and the conversion rate improved noticeably compared to what we had before. The conversion rate went up by roughly 15%–20%, and sales grew by around 28% over the first three months. Sales went from around $8,000 to approximately $10,500.
