As part of this process, they have a series of meetings and give you access to tools that all guide you through the process of getting started. HubSpot can be a daunting system due to its feature richness and having such finely tuned settings that can be applied to almost anything you are doing. Even for a technically savvy individual, it is a laborious task to get your bearings and move through the steps. Set 2 Close made this process infinitely easier and served as a guiding point to avoid getting lost in the process.

5.0 Jun 7, 2023Through the entire process, Steph and team were always extremely responsive, easy to work with, and felt like they really listened and actioned our feedback. Even after the end of the project, Steph would check in and help make changes when Shopify would issue an update that impacted functionality. We've worked with other agencies before that are extremely rigid on the amount of revisions and One 10 Media could not be more of the opposite. They work upfront to ask the right questions and understand your brand tone so that the revisions are minor and not full re-writes. Very flexible and accommodating on changes and feedback.
