I honestly can't think of any areas where MetaCTO could have done better. Their communication was spot-on, and they consistently delivered projects on time. In fact, there were multiple times that I was the roadblock and they did everything in their power to keep us progressing to accomplish our goal. I've never found a company that moves with as much finesse as them.

They built a robust web application for case managers and coordinators, along with an admin dashboard and data reporting engine. MetaCTO also contributed heavily to our pitch materials and business model validation in the early stages. Ongoing deliverables have included advanced analytics modules, reporting tools, and support for scaling to multiple customer organizations and distribution sites.
