5.0 Jun 7, 2023Through the entire process, Steph and team were always extremely responsive, easy to work with, and felt like they really listened and actioned our feedback. Even after the end of the project, Steph would check in and help make changes when Shopify would issue an update that impacted functionality. We've worked with other agencies before that are extremely rigid on the amount of revisions and One 10 Media could not be more of the opposite. They work upfront to ask the right questions and understand your brand tone so that the revisions are minor and not full re-writes. Very flexible and accommodating on changes and feedback.
