We established a successful company that works operationally now. The team took control of the formation, so we focused on our product formation. The team handled the legal and payroll aspects of the project. Then, we focused on doing what we know how to do best, which was producing our products and ensuring that it was marketable. At the end, we really loved the project.
How did The Right Way perform from a project management standpoint?
The project management was nice. I loved how they met most deadlines ahead of schedule—they didn't wait until the last minute. We used Jira for project management and communicated via email, Google Meet, and Zoom.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The team integrated into our internal team so smoothly that we didn’t notice a difference between them and our internal members, which is kind of rare nowadays when working with some companies. I loved how they completed their project on time. We're a small company just trying to get started. They didn't take us for granted. They gave their best. So, that's what I noticed and I loved about them.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They could reduce the documentation. There were times when little corrections had to be made before they could make any changes. The team didn’t go for oral suggestions; they wanted everything to be written down for reference. It made the process a bit slow.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them. It's not going to be easy because you're going to make some suggestions that you might find a bit strange. But I assure you that if you follow the process that is laid down for you, you will enjoy the result just like I did.
