Bi-weekly calls with the team were set up with discussions about our message and feedback on things like our website and social media ages. All incredibly useful. Weekly stats showing call/meeting ratios and detail on upcoming meetings and background on who. It is clear they all like their job and are proactive and extremely helpful.
