Leverage Sofia is a creative agency with a focus on branding, webdesign, and video production. We service luxury, high end businesses in the spheres of real estate, construction, architecture, fintech, crypto, automotive, manufacturing, and fashion. I am one of two co-founders.

We hired Lukanoff Consulting for sales strategy, consulting,and lead generation.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected Lukanoff Consulting out of a pool of other sales consultants and lead generation experts that we knew from research and warm referral within our business network.

We started off with a general consultation of our business and sales strategy, which was, up until that point, virtually non-existent. From there, we collaboratively created a strategy based on our goals for the business, as well as our target client and niche. We were also consulted on our services and sales packages, in order to optimize the sales process using techniques to provide more value to our clients and, thus, increase the value of the projects we are selling.

Over the course of 10 hours, we were taught an extremely comprehensive and in-depth linkedin outreach strategy, as well as a CRM system to manage all of the leads that we would soon be generating. Since then, we have been communicating on an ad-hoc basis when questions come up or campaigns need to be tweaked.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Within 2 months of working together and implementing all of the know-how and expertise relayed from Lukanoff Consulting, we have recorded 20+ qualified sales meetings with high positions in businesses within our target audience. We have already successfully closed a deal for €12,000 from one of these leads, and have about 4 more deals in the pipeline that are expected to close as well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was extremely effective, our initial consulting was broken up into about five 2-hour sessions spread over the course of a month. This spaced-out approach was incredibly helpful in the learning process, as it allowed time between meetings for us to test out the systems, make mistakes, and gather questions for the next session. As time went on, our team became more and more masterful at the skills that we were being taught and now we feel confident that we can take this know-how and apply it forward on our own for the months and years to come.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their expertise and knowledge were essential in transforming how our business was run. Up until now, we had no sales strategy or approach whatsoever, and simply bounced from referral to referral. Now we have a system to consistently generate work, and I can't wait to see the long lasting effects it will have on our business. I think that this is absolutely priceless for any business looking to stop floating from success to success, and begin architecting the legacy of the business.

Nothing comes to mind - we are extremely pleased with the service offered.

I’m the owner of NTBIS. We do technical documentation as a service, meaning that we create different sources of technical materials for our clients, who are usually software companies.

I was reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn myself, and it was consuming too much of my time, so I decided to outsource that work.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We started with briefing calls where Lukanoff Consulting explained how their system works. They have a software application for LinkedIn outreach. They also asked me a lot of questions about what we do so that they could write the copy for the messages they’d send to potential clients. 

We agreed on the messaging together; they provided a proposal, and I gave them notes. They recommended specific wording and also advised us to use Calendly links so that, if someone is interested, they can book a slot themselves. From there, I let them use our LinkedIn profile so that they could connect it to their software and send out messages through it. 

We ran our first campaign for a couple of months. Then, we paused the project because we needed time to work with the resulting leads. Now, Lukanoff Consulting is running a second campaign that will continue for a couple more months.

I’m connected to two teammates from Lunkanoff Consulting; I’ve worked with Matthew (Business Owner & Consultant) and a second person.

I had started working with another company, and someone from that company moved to Lukanoff Consulting. I became a client through that connection. Although that person eventually left Lukanoff Consulting, I decided to stay with them and try their services for a month initially.

We started working together in October 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Lukanoff Consulting booked a lot of meetings for us. From those meetings, we’ve generated at least two contracts, which means ongoing business for us. I’m happy with the results, so I’ve decided to start a second campaign with them. 

How did Lukanoff Consulting Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re great at project management; I don’t have any complaints in that regard. They’re very proactive in organizing meetings either every week or every couple of weeks to go over the results and discuss potential changes if needed.

Additionally, they always deliver on the schedule side of things. They’re also considerate when it comes to pricing. Although they initially offered a quote that wasn’t good for us, they were flexible and adapted the offer so that it could serve our needs and budget.

We mainly communicate through Google Meet. Sometimes, when there’s something small and urgent, we speak over the phone as well. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I like the way Lukanoff Consulting works and their personalized approach, which is really important to me. Although I can’t talk about other clients specifically, I believe that what they offered us is what they do for them as well. They don’t do the same for everyone; they try to adapt to our needs, which is very helpful.

I don’t have anything to address with them right now. They’re doing their job and doing it well, so our relationship is good for the moment.

Be as specific as possible with your requirements. Lukanoff Consulting tries to meet their clients’ needs, so as long as you share them upfront and well enough, you’ll be happy with the results.

First, Lukanoff has studied our business and value proposition to know our target market. After all, not many companies can buy $10–$15 million-worth startups. They’ve identified the types of organizations we can work with in terms of size and location and analyzed profiles where we’re experiencing success. 

Once everything has been settled, Lukanoff has implemented various lead generation campaigns through LinkedIn, email, and others. They’ve ensured that we can amplify our marketing and sales reach with our campaigns.

Lukanoff is excellent at project management. They’ve been great in ensuring that timelines go without a hitch. We have weekly catch-up calls, monthly reviews, and quarterly overviews. We communicate through WhatsApp, Zoom, and emails.

Lukanoff is unafraid to implement unusual tactics to our market segment. Unlike other vendors, they offer unique strategies, and that works for us since we’re on a niche market. They’re also good at tracking results.

Spend time crafting the target profile that you want Lukanoff to go after. Include all the necessary information such as the title, authority, company size, and more. If you drill down and tell them what you’re looking for, they’ll get it for you.
