The thoroughness with which Parachute approached the strategy behind what we were doing stood out. I wanted to be challenged by the design team as to why we made certain decisions, and they did that. Their ability to look at all the details and ensure that we were prepared for what came down the line was great as well. They took into account things that Google and other providers could do that would impact our site performance, searchability, indexability, and more. Parachute was particularly adept at considering the implications of all these areas. I’ve worked with some companies that deliver the work and then forget everything, but Parachute has continued to recommend tools and technologies and provide insights after the engagement.

There were two things. Our system is really complex, but they came to understand it quite quickly. They asked a lot of questions and, in a short amount of time – maybe three or four days at the most – they were able to get into the implementation and become useful. A couple of times, my team was working against a specific date, and we were at the office late and were working on the weekends. I was delighted to see that the three developers from *instinctools were right there with us. We did argue about the architecture we were building, but that's actually a plus because they were able to contribute to the vision of how we could do things better.
