Communication with Kobzza Marketing Agency Inc. has been great, and it's nice working with a local agency that understands our market. Sometimes I call them at 7 a.m., and sometimes I call them at 10 p.m., and they always pick up and help me out. The team is always on time and always smiling. We meet every week to go over goals and results. Our primary forms of communication are in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and emails or messaging apps.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Kobzza Marketing Agency Inc.'s knowledge of SEO and GEO is really impressive. They have a great in-house team. What I like most is that we can actually see the results in our revenue, not just reports and traffic numbers. They've also built us a CRM where we can track all our calls and form submissions in one place, making it easy to see where our leads are coming from and what's working.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there's nothing major they need to improve. Kobzza Marketing Agency Inc. has treated us with respect from day one. They listen to us and care about our business. If anything comes up, we talk about it and figure it out together. We have a good relationship, and I respect the way they work.
