When we changed priorities mid-stream (classic construction reality), they adjusted the plan quickly and explained the tradeoffs without making it a big fight. The assigned project manager clearly had extensive construction management experience, so conversations were practical, RFIs, punch lists, field realities, approvals, and schedule pressure all made sense to them. That helped them shape workflows that actually fit how we run jobs.

All communication happens through Upwork. Their communication and ability to deliver stand out the most. I can also always get a hold of them, too, including the developers.
