They've assisted with custom tasks, for example, changing route bars, designs, adding structures for contact subtleties, look, etc. They've even pulled the postings straightforwardly. Their group constructed a dashboard where we can make acclimations to the sites as needs are. Those progressions can go from adjusting text, adding pictures, or evolving designs. On the specialist side, we get leads and can put together them. We get as much data from the toxic on what they saw on the site and what they're keen on. That way, when we reach them, we have all the fundamental data to realize how to best move toward them.

The leads that have come through are both a result of PNM’s efforts and SEO implementation. As a result of the changes they’ve helped us make, we get between 30-40 leads a week both in the Austin and Dallas offices. We’re getting over 1000-2000 daily visitors to our website who view photos from our website.

They perform rather well with project management. I know they have a lot on their hands so sometimes things take a little longer than I’d like. However, I like their process of keeping me updated on their progress.

My number one comment is keeping the project manager down on the project from end to end. I also think they could’ve stuck to the timelines a bit better.

The outcome increased our site's traffic, and we gained an ROI of roughly 63% via our web channels.

They used Slack for communication and Trello for project management. Timeline was clear and realistic which could be viewed by all parties via Trello.

The overhaul of our website and making it mobile friendly resulted in increased traffic and we were able to on board our biggest client till date from Switzerland amounting to revenue worth more than $25,000.

We used the Kan Ban methodology. Tasks were apportioned based on their urgency and readiness. Moreover, Slack and Zoom were used for communication. Timeliness were updated on real time basis due to Kan Ban methodology.

Attention to detail was the hallmark of this company. The things that were overlooked by us were readily pointed out by PNM Group and this assisted in keeping the projects costs low and timeline precise.

Although, the initial testing was done but it was full of bugs. PNM Group rectified this immediately, to our surprise they did it overnight!
