I'm the Manager of Marketing Team at we can help which is a Canadian real estate platform whose only motive is to make a positive contribution in the real estate business.

For what projects/services did your company hire PNM Group, and what were your goals?

We hired PNM Group for the development and designing of our website. As they are one of the leading web development firms in Canada.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I talked to a variety of other founders as well as people who've had experience with various agencies for development. One person, in particular, I have trust in, expressed a high opinion of PNM Group. I was connected with them, and I spoke to their CEO Mudassir who suggested me to several of their customers. They all gave me great deep, detailed, positive feedback. After these discussions, it became obvious that they were accessible and easy to speak to and I decided to choose the company.

At first, we started by making a road map to create a unique real estate platform that helps both buyers and sellers. Additionally, we wanted to introduce some new features to help our customer. We used to have meetings with PNM Group on the weekly basis to check out the progress.

The awesome advantage of working with PNM Group is that we have the confidence to contact any of their staff members whenever we've needed their assistance and that's not something you'll find in many service providers, therefore this was an unexpected benefit for me.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

It's hard to say anything at this point because the platform isn't officially launched, which makes it difficult to know for sure. But I have had a long and detailed discussion about SEO with the PNM Group team in regard to SEO and the best way to promote the platform when it's all set to go live. So far, I'm pleased by the performance of the team at various levels. Being a part of PNM Group has been an extremely satisfying experience.

They've been amazing, especially due to the time differences. We've been able to effectively communicate with each other through various platforms like skype and zoom meetings to discuss the issues such as feedback and design. It's been great getting familiar with PNM Group. They're very easy to work with.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are way beyond the scope of their work, placing us in contact with other contacts to produce successful results. I've been lucky to have some experience with Mudassir what a charming personality. He's been very responsive whenever I've needed answers. He's been extremely helpful and generous with regards to aiding our mission and our marketing.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I would say everything is running smoothly and we learnt a lot. Best of luck to PNM Group.

There were 4 people who are still in communication but the most important person is James he has been there from the start of the project

Yes after the website live we have seen many great changes and also much better experience with them

Their communication is very strong They ate connected with us through online email and calling and they provide all the deliverable on time

I'm the Senior Content Writer and head of a product at a startup called CCOHS. We are a team collaboration software tool built primarily around a web application.

For what projects/services did your company hire PNM Group, and what were your goals?

We hired PNM Group in June when our full-time designer and developer left our organization. We used to enlist them for 20 hours of work seven days. We initially thought that they would be a great help for a couple of months until we could enlist another full-time designer and developer yet their work was so astounding we haven't needed it. A half-year after the fact we're actually working intimately with them. We meet week after week on zoom to examine and survey designs for UI for our web application.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We were referred to PNM Group by a friend of mine who is the head of product at another software company. He was in a similar position to us and had only amazing things to say about Malik and PNM Group.

We had an initial encounter on zoom where we discussed pricing and meeting cadence and then we jumped right in. We use to have a weekly meeting on zoom where Malik and Muzammil, our designated designer at PNM Group present and walk through their designs from the projects we discussed last week. We give feedback and then we talk about what we need to be designed for next week.

They generally have astonishing work and get it done so rapidly. They take input quite well and pose the right inquiries to guarantee they comprehend the component we should be planning. We've been so impressed by them.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

Malik is the founder of PNM Group and our initial point of contact. Another designer, Muzammil, works with us on actually creating the designs and illustrations we need. We meet with both of them for an hour via video call every week.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We have loved the work that Malik has done for us. They've redesigned our core web application UI as well as our onboarding and landing pages. The results are fantastic.

Our workflow was excellent. We meet weekly on Zoom and we really enjoy and look forward to meeting with Malik.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm very impressed by the level of quality from PNM Group. They give us the quality of having a full-time designer and developer despite only working 20 hours a week for us. I'm also impressed with their speed. They completed every task so quickly. Lastly, I love their attitude. They're friendly and competent—just the kind of people you look to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don't think so! I wish PNM Group and Malik best of luck.
