We sent them the website we wanted them to build and showed them exactly what we wanted it to look like and how it would work for our consumer. They built the site and used open communication the whole time to make sure everything was correct.

Great work from Nine Commerce! We love our website and are so happy with the way it turned out.

We spoke via email and Whats App to communicate deliverables and how everything should work/look. Very prompt in responses - we really appreciated the time and effort they put into this.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They made this website from the ground up. It was crazy to see what our site used to look like and what it looks like now.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only big issue was that every email we received went to our SPAM folders. Even turning on priority, it wouldn't come into our inbox. Would love to see how to fix that whether its on our end or there's.
