It was good. It was a challenging project because our API was being developed at the same time as they were developing the screens. So if there were bugs in the API, they couldn't make progress until we fixed it on our end. They handled a lot of changes and pivots, and were very accommodating. They were also very flexible in keeping the project within scope, even though we were making changes and fixing things as we went along. There was a lot of back and forth, and they were willing to work with us on everything.

All communication happens through Upwork. Their communication and ability to deliver stand out the most. I can also always get a hold of them, too, including the developers. Other vendors won’t respond or be available for a week or two, and then you’ll lose any momentum you had. iTechnolabs isn’t like that.

They showed us some internal tracking around AI visibility and it went from basically zero to somewhere around the 20 percent range across a chunk of our main keywords in the first month. I dont know exactly how they calculate that, but the traffic backed it up pretty clearly. We saw about a 30 percent lift in organic traffic pretty quickly, and a lot of that felt like it was coming from longer searches and AI driven stuff. The bigger thing though was conversions. That traffic was way more qualified then what we were getting before. Revenue ended up up a bit over 20 percent in that first stretch which honestly we werent expecting that fast.
