The project wasn’t managed around a strict deadline, and to be honest, we didn’t expect everything to be delivered exactly on time. We only had one person internally managing the project, and there were many custom requirements, changes, testing issues, and business-specific adjustments along the way. Because of that, we expected the project to take longer than a standard website build. Our main concern wasn’t speed — it was making sure the website functioned properly for our business model. Arete Soft Labs Inc. stayed involved, answered calls, responded to emails, handled urgent issues, and continued working through the customizations until the site supported our product pages, checkout flow, pickup and delivery options, cart rules, and ordering process.
