The database captured a vast array of data. Including intake information, employment data, personal data, performance date, incident reports, medical data, financail data repated to each individual client. The deliveralbles were a custom database matching our requirements and employee training in the product.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Weekly and as necessary progress meetings that included demonstrations of the database creation and discussions of changes or modifications we might llike to have to make sure our objctives we being met.

Project management was excellent. we knew what was happening at every step of the process. Regular meetings and interim deliveralbles made sure our objectives were being met.  The project finished  ahead of schedule...and performed better than we expected

The personal touch and concern for our needs and objectives. Communication was regular and easy, low stress and any technical details were described in an easy to understand manner. We had dialog with the deevelopers and management. they were always keeping us updated on progress, issues and questions. We were never ini doubt about the status of the project.

I have no suggestioins for improvement. We were very happy and satisfied with their work and process.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

• Information processing efforts have been reduced by more than 50%, while eliminating postage and travel costs. 
• The quality of the data collected is also improved.
• As management is simpler, information is available much more quickly and allows massive analysis and monitoring.
• It is now possible to manage remotely, secure and archive forms and transaction tracking. 
• Access allows collaborative work while ensuring coordination and homogeneity of operations. 
• Meet the need of the new generation of members who requested the option to renew online.

Direct Impact well-established approach is inspired by agile best practices and is specifically tailored to get to a working product faster. Their approach values collaboration. Each iteration of the application is comprised three phases: Discovery, Development and Deployment. The completion schedule was respected as planned. The completion schedule was respected as planned. The application developed for the ATEFQ offers: 

• Electronic membership subscription/renewal forms 
• Electronic registration forms for congresses and other events
• Personalized electronic tax receipt forms 
• An online payment platform.

We're migrating from a pre-2000's FileMaker database to a web based one that will link directly with our new website, also created by Direct Impact.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

DI has weekly meetings with us to show what all they've done this week. We have a DevOps board where they went through step by step to determine what all we want in the project, and they show in those meetings all of the goals that were met, whether that be designs, code, or features that are pushed to the test site.

They always set quick but realistic deadlines. I usually get responses to emails within the day, if not within the hour. They're very clear about their goals for the week.

How well they know us. By that I mean that if we say that we need a new feature to look one way, they're great at going "hey, you had mentioned this issue in the past and I see that problem with what you've suggested, why don't we try this instead?"

Absolutely none at all. As a company that has basically no knowledge in tech, it's so refreshing to have a company that can communicate at our level while providing quality work, a positive attitude, and fast response times. They're professional but personable.

High gains in productivity - that was expected. Surprise came from the fact that we also gained in the precision of the information gathered with the new software. Errors became, surprisingly, very uncommon.
