In the beginning, we used to come up with a new idea and let them know so they’d change it on the fly. In that sense, the turnaround time, team management, and overall design have been great. They're very flexible in their approach. Even if we’re changing a design after it's done, they don’t start yelling and screaming. Engage them all in your thinking process. Don’t think in isolation, and go back with a design or development code. Also, the earlier the engagement, the better the outcome will be because the more they understand, the more they can provide you with better feedback and pricing.
