The design and discovery phase was one month long and at the end there was a set of design mockups as well as user stories created to guide the subsequent development phase. The development phase used an agile approach where work was broken out into 2 week sprint cycles over the next 3 months. We had a shared Jira board where TheAppLabb would collaborate on which user stories would be prioritized for each sprint, and at the end of each sprint there was a clear set of features delivered that were then turned over for our quality assurance and user acceptance testing.
