I’m the co founder and marketer manager of a cosmetics company. our products are all handmade, carefully formulated, and blended.

we hired Udelop to design and develop our website. we expected a design based on competitor analysts and market research, which is also catchy and engaging.

Udelop provide us with a comprehensive market study, competitor analysts and a complete sheet explaining why they choose whatever they used in design. and they just broke it down to make a complete presentation on the project before launch.

we were given a intake form to pass all the data we have including our taste in design. then they started working on market research, competitor analysts , then we got the sample of our website which was beautiful . we had a launch after a short while and the outcome was really perfect.

we were working directly only with one person. they have a representative on the project who was very knowledgable in both design and development.

on the first day of launching we were already getting new visitors and attention from old customers . the website came out absolutely user friendly and sharp.

the project manager was responsible for all the communication. he was so knowledgeable and helpful. he proposed a lot of good ideas that we decided to pick up. at the end of the project ,we got a call from the ceo of udelop asking if we are satisfy with the outcome and if there is anything else they could do which was so valuable to me.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

they are absolutely caring.they just wont let you get confused or overwhelmed. in my experience they did the best did could, making sure everything's going perfect and they provide reasons for everything they've done which is so great.

Are there any areas for improvement?

in my experience, they obviously did their best and everything went smooth and perfect. Im happy with the outcome.

I'm the marketing specialist of a clothing and fashion company. We sell high quality men and women clothes with different styles. We have a couple of branches in Toronto and we also provide online shopping. I manage advertisements and online marketing campaigns.

We selected Udelop by online searching. We came across their website and their ability to create simple but practical websites was our factors to decide on selecting them.

They took a careful look at our old website at first and we told them about what we exactly want for the new website. We completed an intake form and discussed about our company. Then, they provide us with the new and main structure of the website. After some improvements, they designed and developed the final ecommerce store in Webflow.

Mainly, I interacted with the account manager and the head of their design team once a week.

Our site traffic is more than %30 right now, however we need to give it time to see the actual results.

Their project management style was really fast and smooth. They consistently updated me with their progress and we communicated with gmail.

They gave us a professional ecommerce store which looks modern and simple at the same time that is in align with our brand guidelines.

I don't think so because they perfectly know what their doing.

I am project manager of a cosmetics & skincare company called Glamic. Our products are available online through our website and app. We offer high quality and healthy products for all types of skin.

We hired Udelop agency for creating the user interface design of our mobile app. Since our website was only available for customers to buy our products online, we decided to create an app as well.

What were your goals for this project?

We had a website for our online shop and we decided to make it available as a mobile application as well. As most people prefer to use their phone and do their shopping through an app, we wanted to offer a user-friendly and a creative mobile app.

How did you select Udelop?

I found Udelop accidentally by seeing their Instagram profile. I was impressed by their amazing work and I decided to hire them.

Describe the project in detail.

At the start of project, we completed a creative brief and gave them information about our company and the functions that we need for the app. Udelop made some initial sketches and low-fidelity wireframes at the next step. After a couple of meetings and some refinements, they finally provided the high-fidelity prototypes for the app.

What was the team composition?

There's a team of three ux/ui designers, a product manager and two developers. We mostly interacted with UX designers.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The final deliverables and UI design were pretty professional and creative.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We went through wireframes in our meetings and we discussed our ideas together effectively.

They responded my emails very fast and they have a very informative and educated team of designers who are working hard. Their modern and updated style is very impressive.

No, everything went as our team expected.

I’m the marketing manager of a supply chain management company. We provide warehousing and distribution, transportation management, transition management, and IT systems integration.

For graphic design service to create a brochure and also we needed a Wordpress website, with host and maintenance. We also wanted SEO service.

What were your goals for this project?

To have a well designed and developed website with regular maintenance with SEO optimization. And having a clean and modern brochure.

My team search best design agencies on Google and then we came up with Udelop which had the best designed websites and they are a really talented team.

We hired them to design a new website for us, as well as a new brochure. Our industry is a bit different. Although we have some forms on the website, lead generation isn’t a big part of its purpose. Our existing site was mainly informational, and our goal was to update it from a design perspective and give it more robust content.

What was the team composition?

We dealt with a technical person right off the bat — not with salespeople — and that person was knowledgeable regarding all of their services. They were able to accurately answer any questions we had at every step of the way, and they were responsive and easy to work with. I’m not sure how many people Udelop had working on the website. We had a dedicated account manager, along with a more senior person overseeing the project.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We launched the website less than a month ago. Udelop set up analytics, and our metrics have definitely shown improvements already, but it hasn’t been a long enough period for me to have data. Our website is night-and-day from a functionality and design perspective, and that’s the most apparent result so far. Everyone internally is quite pleased with it.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It’s hard to find an agency that does everything in-house and does it well. We’ll find one that does web design and branding, but they won’t do App Development, because that’s a whole other set of services. If they say that they do, they usually hire third parties to do it. I haven’t tested Udelop's App Development services yet, but they’ve executed quite well on what we have used them for.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their exerted efforts for the workflow were impressive, and the client was pleased working with the team.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I feel that there’s always room for improvement with creative projects because everything is so subjective. What I think looks good from a design perspective may not be what someone else does, or vice versa.
