• Our key objective was to improve buyer engagement and reduce property time-on-market by offering interactive and emotionally compelling visual experiences. Additionally, we wanted to differentiate Keller Williams listings in a highly competitive digital landscape and to create tools our agents could use in virtual client meetings. With rising out-of-state interest, we also needed solutions that replicated the feeling of a physical walkthrough.

The scope was multifaceted. GameIN began by auditing our current listing assets and identifying properties ideal for immersive features. They created:

• 3D-rendered virtual tours for 15 high-value properties, integrated directly into our listings
• AR-enhanced staging tools that allowed clients to visualize different furniture styles and layouts via smartphone
• An immersive design portal where clients could personalize home features like flooring, paint colors, and lighting options in real-time
• Integration with our existing CRM and listing platforms
• Custom training sessions for our agents on how to present these experiences during virtual showings

The key deliverables included a mix of visual assets, technical documentation, training materials, and a bespoke dashboard to track usage and engagement metrics.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were not just felt—they were visible. Listings that used the GameIN-enhanced experiences consistently attracted more qualified inquiries. We noticed that prospective buyers spent significantly more time exploring the listings, and in at least three instances, agents reported that the AR staging directly influenced the buyer’s decision to make an offer remotely. Client feedback, especially from international and out-of-state buyers, was glowing. We also saw a notable improvement in our agents' ability to convey property value remotely, making them more confident and persuasive during virtual consultations.

Their project management was outstanding. GameIN used a combination of Asana and Slack, keeping communication clear and centralized. Weekly progress calls kept us informed and involved, and they adjusted workflows quickly when unexpected requests arose from our side (like when a seller wanted to stage a second layout option just days before launch). Despite the technical complexity, they never missed a deadline and demonstrated flexibility without compromising on quality.

What stood out most was GameIN’s commitment to user experience and emotional connection. They didn’t just deliver a tech product—they helped us reimagine the way people "feel" a home before stepping inside. One of the most memorable moments was during an internal preview: an agent exploring a luxury listing through the VR headset literally teared up because the staging and sunset lighting felt so authentic—it reminded him of his childhood home. That’s the kind of emotional impact we rarely get in this industry.

Their team’s blend of creativity and precision engineering is rare. Also, their proactive approach to anticipating problems—like optimizing tours for mobile load times or making AR features accessible without requiring app downloads—demonstrated their deep understanding of both tech and user behavior.

What was the scope of their involvement?

We’ve hired them for VR/AR development. Their team is building a Metaverse tool to conduct virtual meetings. Users can wander through the software and see meeting attendees via VR. They are creating enhancements within the software and providing support to resolve issues, including adding responsive dimensions and noise reduction. GameIN has also been providing us with blockchain development.

We work with about five individuals. However, this is flexible depending on our needs. The team is usually made up of a team lead and several developers.

I just started, but my company has been working with them since January 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.
