OClair Environnement specializes in the development of Web and Mobile platforms aimed at protecting public health and the environment related to waste water systems, as well as pandemic plateforme to prevent outbreak like COVID-19 and Influenza.

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

Two projects:

• Nerri Municipal is a platform derived from Nerri Manufacturer. The platform is designed to enforce provincial law for residential sewer system inspection. It is an ongoing project started in 2016 improved by the addition of several additional modules. A new version of Nerri Municipal will be launched in June 2023.
• CETo is an epidemiological platform created during a pandemic. The beta version was financially supported by the Quebec government, we worked in partnership with McGill, Laval and Montreal universities. The project began in November 2020 and ended in June 2021. It was followed by a contract with the Ministry of Health of the Government of Quebec as an alert system predicting outbreaks 7 to 10 days before that they do not occur. The use of CETo by the Government of Quebec began in June 2022.

For both projects, Recursyve was our partner and was at the top in terms of deadlines and their ability to respond to the different needs expressed by public health authorities.
