Parents can discover, compare, and book visits with nurseries through a single platform, while nursery owners benefit from tools to manage enquiries, bookings, occupancy, and customer engagement. To support this ecosystem, we have developed a marketing website, parent portal, nursery management portal, and a super admin platform that provides complete oversight and control of platform operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

7Span was instrumental in executing our rollout strategy across three distinct phases. First, they successfully launched our client-facing marketing pages. Next, they demonstrated flawless execution in engineering our complex, multi-sided ecosystem, which included the Parent, Nursery, and Admin portals. Ultimately, we transitioned to production on schedule with a highly stable, production-ready system. The quality of deliverables from 7Span has been truly exceptional.

The platform allows clients to post jobs, artists to submit proposals, and admins to manage the entire ecosystem. They also implemented features like asset reviews, annotation tools, moderated chats, and global tax compliance, making the platform scalable and ready for international users.

Enhanced Artist Experience: The introduction of milestone-based payments and transparent pricing made a big difference. Artists felt more secure working on the platform, which improved retention. Revenue Growth: With flexible payment options and support for global VAT compliance, we were able to attract clients from different regions, which contributed to steady revenue growth. Better User Experience: Features like the custom annotation tool and moderated chat significantly improved communication between clients and artists. This led to better collaboration and a noticeable increase in positive user feedback.

Their understanding of our unique challenges and requirements was very different for us, as many agencies we had reached out to were either focused on larger, more expensive projects, or did not quite grasp our project scope.

From a technical perspective, while not explicitly requested to, 7Span did not use TypeScript in this project, which made certain areas of the codebase harder to understand once delivered to us. Additionally, a more concrete system for collaborating in project management would be valuable, like GitHub Projects, or Notion.

Key deliverables included GST-compliant billing, RFP workflows for custom or undefined products, automated bidding systems, and real-time notifications. The platform was built to be scalable, user-friendly, and adaptable to the dynamic needs of the construction ecosystem.

• Operational Efficiency: We saw a noticeable improvement in how quickly procurement could happen. The location-based controls and flexible pricing made planning much smoother, and the automated bidding saved a lot of manual effort for our team.
• Cost Optimization: The platform helped us make better purchasing decisions. With dynamic pricing and automated workflows, we were able to reduce unnecessary costs and improve overall efficiency.

• 7Span was dillgent in their project managent using Github, Excel, and Slack as the main tools to track open items, comments, bugs, etc. 
• 7Span held virtual weekly stand up meetings and were readily available via Slack for online messaging
• 7Span worked quickly and delivered on goals timely, often times quicker than our team expected
• 7Span never told us no. In the past we worked with other vendors who told us what we wanted was not possible. 7Span helped us acheive our dreams and worked to find solutions to our obstacles. They were flexible to our requests and open to ammending contracts and proposals when needed.

On top of that, they are extremely client-service focused. This really helped our relationship develop from client - vendor to client - partner.

The Truision website needed a significant update to comply with USA laws concerning access for users with disabilities.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

7Span applied significant technical expertise in refining the underlying structures, user experience, presentation, and underlying coding, tagging and compliance to measurably improve the site usability.

The 7Span team defined the scope carefully, mapped out each of the changes to be made, implemented the changes, presented the updated site for review. An Agile approach was taken, with rapid sprints and updates made that we can review and provide feedback. Progress was exceptional and quality was excellent.

Several team members were involved, covering developers coding, designers providing updated designs and layouts as well as Quality Assurance staff doing independent QA.
