We wanted to drive more organic traffic to our website to let more locals know about our services. We offer services nationwide, but we wanted to target more people in our area.

We had a kickoff meeting with Brainvire to discuss our needs and go over their process. They asked several questions about our targets and objectives and audited our website. 

Brainvire has optimized our Google Business profile, helped with keyword research, SEO, and social bookmarking, and added backlinks to our site to increase traffic. We collaborate to write articles for the backlinks, which Brainvire publishes in various places online. They also help us identify guest post prospects and perform outreach. 

We also plan to engage Brainvire to help with our social media, including PPC and organic social media efforts.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The engagement with Brainvire has been very impactful. According to our Google Analytics report, our visits to our website from other channels have increased significantly, which I attribute to the backlinks they provided. 

The site traffic is bananas. Before our partnership, we saw about 30 site visits per month, and now we’re seeing roughly 700, which is a big deal.

Brainvire has done a fabulous job staying on top of the project and communicating with us. We meet at the beginning of each week via Google Meet, and they send us a detailed end-of-week report that lists each task they accomplished so we can keep track of their time. They also provide links to each task, so we can see which website improvements they made or which blogs they wrote.

We maintain contact through email and use the Google Suite to keep track of the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their ability to guide us through the project mindfully. For example, I appreciate that Brainvire wanted to ensure our SEO was at a certain point before adding social media services. Rather than trying to sell as many services as possible, they prioritized our SEO first and ensured it worked how we wanted it to before moving on.

Brainvire initially designed and developed our website; now, they’re in charge of continuous design changes to make it user-friendly. Additionally, they provide us with ongoing SEO and PPC services. The PPC services have included defining our target audience and creating our campaigns for Facebook Ads and Google Ads. As for SEO, Brainvire has helped us improve our website’s keywords and build backlinks. Furthermore, they’ve helped us create a sales funnel to convert visitors into qualified leads.

Brainvire has helped us drive more customers to our website and increase our visibility in the US. After six months of engagement, we’re getting around 25–40 leads per month. Before working with them, I got around 15–20 visitors and no leads per month. Now, I’m getting 200–300 visitors per day, out of which I get around 1–2 quality leads. These results have ultimately helped me grow my business by 60%. Overall I’m very happy with their work, and I plan to continue working with them in the long term.

Brainvire’s project management is very good. We have weekly video call meetings to follow up on things we need to improve, and their team provides me with timely reports detailing weekly and monthly performance. Additionally, they’re very communicative and transparent, and they reply to our emails almost instantly. We use Monday.com for project management and email for daily communication.

I’m very impressed with Brainvire’s transparency and creativity. Their designs are very good, and they always provide 2–3 good options to choose from.

Project was about new installation of Odoo, and complete adaptation to local operational requirements.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I sent several enquiries to local Odoo Partners. Brainvire was first of all the quickest to respond, & I appreciated the fact that we had a a Zoom meet 48 hours only after I sent the enquiry. In addition to fast response, deciding factors were Technical Capability, and they did fit in my budget.

We had to adapt all the Sales Administration, from customer order entry, supplier purchase Order management, stock allocation, deliveries, invoicing, back order management and report generation.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Since I was operating manually before, the first measurable outcome was a much shorter process, and the end of mistakes, plus the fact that I was always able to know immediately where I was in term of deliveries / back orders without having to manually manipulate files.

I found the team to be very responsive overall, never governed by the clock. It is not uncommon to receive messages after normal working hours, and they had a sense of urgency when required. We made extensive use of Azure, Zoom meet, and their capability to work remotely is excellent.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I think that they really took the time to comprehensively understand how I was working before proposing a solution. The Project Manager was technically very capable, knows Odoo perfectly, and the level of customization that I have now exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only suggestion I would have would be to have a better advance understanding of the duration / costs of certain development. It was also my fault since I did not always ask, but I think that every task that is confirmed should have a projected time completion target, even if we are caught by the urgency.

They’re very good at meeting deadlines and staying within budget. We communicate with them mainly through Slack and email. We also use Google Slides for back-and-forth discussions about their designs and artworks.

We’re really impressed with their ability to understand our goals quickly. Before working with them, we interviewed about 30 different developers, but their team was the only one that helped us understand what we wanted. Also, they have a very strong grasp of internet technology.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire has provided us with SEO services since we launched our company. Their efforts have included backlinking, blog writing, affiliate collaboration, and keyword research. They’ve also reviewed our website and made suggestions on what to change to improve our SEO. When they write blogs, they also send them to other affiliate websites.

In addition to SEO, they’re currently helping us with a few PPC services, but we’re watching our budget, so we rather focus most of our efforts on SEO to improve our organic traffic on our site and social media like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They’ve also offered to help us with Google Ads, but we found it expensive, so we put it aside.

Considering that the results from SEO take time and we’re working on a limited budget, our conversions have improved by 3%, which is good.

How did Brainvire Infotech Inc perform from a project management standpoint?

Brainvire is very thorough. They give us updates every week, and they send a recap after every meeting, which includes a full timesheet breaking down the work they’ve done. Additionally, their team is courteous, helpful, and patient; I enjoy working with them. We mostly communicate via email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainvire’s work ethic distinguishes them from other companies. They’re very upfront and honest about their work, and we truly feel like they’re trying to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only issue we’ve had with Brainvire is with their writing. Because Indian English and American English differ, sometimes their blogs have had issues with grammar, or the content hasn’t been consistent with the product.

However, we work together, and they don’t post anything until we approve it. Thus, we’ve been able to correct those mistakes, and they’ve been very good at following our direction. We’re experts on our product, and they’re experts on SEO, so we collaborate and share knowledge, which is the most important thing in the end.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is key. Initially, we had connection issues with the platforms we used, but once we moved to Google Meet and experienced clearer video conferencing, we were able to move faster. Don’t be afraid to communicate with them and find the best channel to do so.

Additionally, you need to be patient. In the beginning, they need to learn about your business and see what works and what doesn’t. Therefore, you have to give it 3–6 months before you see real results. Furthermore, provide them with the resources and information they’ll need, don’t expect them to do all the work, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

We use a proprietary algorithm to match clients and therapists for optimal therapeutic outcomes. Our services are informed by the latest research on women's mental health. HerOutcome uses HIPAA compliant technology to protect client information. Our goal is to enhance access to women-centric mental health services so women get the help they deserve and need to reach their potential. I am one of the co-founders of HerOutcome and worked closely with the Brainvire team to execute the requirements for the MVP site.

My co-founder and I had a clear vision and detailed business requirements for our website, but needed a technology partner who could help us execute our requirements efficiently, cost-effectively and using best practices in the software development field.

We reached out to a number of developers and development shops, interviewed them, talked through our requirements and their skill sets and received quotes in certain cases. Technical competencies, interest in the project and cost effectiveness were key factors.

The scope of work entailed coding our software business requirements, optimizing our cloud setup, helping us implement security features to protect user data and improving the front end design of our website.

We worked with a number of individuals, from the company CEO to the individual developers who were coding our website. Chintan, the CEO, met with us and demonstrated that his firm has a high level of commitment to the project they work on, as well as to supporting innovative entrepreneurs as a technology partner. Arpit was the lead for the development team we worked with on a day-to-day basis. He was an excellent team captain, facilitating communication, keeping everyone on task, and showing a high level of commitment to the project and quality execution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieved the completion of our business requirements within a reasonable cost and time frame, and are happy with the quality of the output and the value realized from the initial investment.

We drew up detailed requirements, tested the output coded by Brainvire to supplement their internal testing and met frequently with Arpit and the development team to clarify the requirements as needed and fix any bugs that arose in the coding. As business leads, we prioritized fixes and the development of new features. Some tools we used for our communication included Trello, Slack, email and MS Teams. The team consistently met the deadlines mutually agreed upon.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their level of commitment to our project. We enjoyed meeting with the CEO, business development head, the technology team, and other web design team members . The agency approach and support available from different types of technical talent (Wordpress, devops, design, etc.) was particularly helpful for us.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Throughout the process, we were clear when we were happy and when we had concerns. Brainvire did an excellent job of being responsive to the latter. As a result, we had an excellent experience and looked forward to continuing to work with them as a technology partner.
