We have a dialogue back and forth so it is a collaborative experience, and they run everything by us and alert us if there are any issues or changes. They’ve continued to outperform expectations and deliver above and beyond our requirements. They always produce deliverables in a timely fashion. I’ve worked with agencies in the past, and they tend to over-promise and under-deliver. These guys have been the opposite of that.
