They were already working with the company when I joined the company, however, I had seen them on a Google listing and heard about them as being reputed in the market.

The SEO team help us with the onsite and offsite page optimisation. They suggest keywords to work with based on search volumes. They also recommend tweaks in page content and provide us with backlinks to improve the site ranking. They share a monthly report on campaign performance. The Google ads team, sets up our paid campaigns by suggesting keywords for ad groups, they recommend ad descriptions and they optimize the campaign for better lead generation

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With our old website, our rankings were good for the selected keywords. We had quite a few keywords in top positions. With the new website, the traffic is gradually increasing and we hope to have top positions for these keywords very soon. The google ad campaigns have resulted in regular lead conversion which has resulted in enrollment for our programs.

They are very knowledgeable in this area and have managed the campaigns well. We have monthly calls where we discuss in detail the campaign performance.

Their advice on the campaign setup and rationale for the campaign performance was impressive.

Timelines could be improved, and it would be great if they could discuss new trends and opportunities to help us generate more leads

Ever since we started working with the USEO team, our keyword rankings have had steady growth and the maintenance of the keywords which were in the 1st position is also commendable.

The team is in-fact the best we could ask for as they are always available even for the smallest means of communication. They always try and stick to project deadlines and we mostly communicate through means of phone calls, emails and Whatsapp.

The way they make us clients feel and their overall openness to suggestions is impressive. and their quick turnaround to make changes. Extremely professional and highly knowledgeable.

It would have been a lot better if they could come up with ideas for us to improve on their own as it's generally ideation that we provide that they implement, way better than we could ask for.

They've been great at managing our expectations and meeting deadlines. We mostly use email & WhatsApp to communicate, and they're always quick to respond and implement changes. We have a monthly reporting and meeting with both of our teams brief about the big updates.

Whenever we have an issue regarding the SEO optimizations and alterations they're always well responsive along with few solutions which would be better going forward.

They have been very honest and upfront explaining that SEO is a timely investment and it would take 9 months to a year to start to see real results, however after a couple of months my results were already beyond my expectations. After around 3 months of working with them, most of my keywords landed on the number one or two position on google search. Now around 9 months later I have a steady number one ranking and leads that I have converted to paying clients have been coming through to me regularly, sooner than expected. I appreciate that they go above and beyond helping me. I had an unexpected problem which had nothing do with them but they helped guide me through the issue and and advised me. I felt they cared for me and my business as if it was their own.

But the team at USEO took the time to explain the different options, show us all the research they carried out for us and we decided together to use SEO and PPC services which has been really successful for us and has literally turned our company around. The number of new enquiries we get in a day increased dramatically in a short space of time.

It is actually a really friendly office environment so you get to know a lot of the team even if you don't have any direct contact with them but I mainly worked with Jessica and Michael of course who keeps me hydrated!

The number of phone calls and new enquiry requests saw a huge increase, to the point where I nearly considered stopping it as we didn't have the staff to cope with the demand so we employed another person to help us keep our repose time and quality.

They are in constant communication on the phone and on email sending reports. They didn't just set the account up and leave it, they often called me with change suggestions to keep it relevant and keep the new traffic coming in.

Their friendly approach was really impressive as it is quite daunting starting something like this when you have no prior knowledge. They take the time to explain the process to me and show evidence of what they're talking about. The coffee guy even remembers how I like my drink and makes it for me as soon as he sees me (the little things). oh and of course the results as our business had a huge increase.

No, I honestly couldn't fault any part of the process or the results.
