Director of Lead Generation: I am responsible for the daily sales and prospecting efforts of our Inside Sales Team. I also oversee the overall positioning of our digital marketing efforts, development of key accounts along with our sales operations CRM environments.

The scope of NowSpeed work includes but is not limited to SEO, SEM Social Ad copy and website design, UX & UI improvements. NowSpeed has been instrumental in getting our website UX & UI up to 2020 standards. This includes design work, page optimizations, and rebranding marketing collateral.

I've been working with our Account manager and a few other folks at the firm that specialize in social media marketing. Each member brings a different set of skills that contributes to our our companies needs.

The team at NowSpeed is responsive, professional and extremely talented. There has not been an instance in which we have tasked them with unique projects in which they could not handle.

The team at NowSpeed is timely and most importantly patient. Our company has gone through many peaks, valleys and most recently had been acquired. They not only have continued to help us grow our marketing efforts but also have understood that projects may be delayed or have to pivot last minute due to changes in our company's short term vision/go to market strategy.

The team at NowSpeed has continued to answer the bell. At this time I do not see any areas of improvement that I could outline.

They always strike a good balance between recommended investment and expected return on that investment.

Occasional use of out-of-house resources can add delays and extra cycles with creative work. I would recommend to bring these capabilities in house if possible.
