Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the chief strategy officer and co-founder of a real estate company.
What challenge were you trying to address with RG Digital?
We hired them to help with our inbound marketing strategy.
What was the scope of their involvement?
RG Digital manages our entire sales pipeline. From working with our CRM and reporting dashboard to tweaking landing pages, they ensure our ads convert.
Specifically, they’ve developed a number of different campaigns for us using multiple technologies. HubSpot hosts our sales platform and Instapage runs our landing page funnels. RG Digital also utilizes Facebook ad manager to deploy ads.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Rahul (Founder). He’s the main project manager, and he built out all the funnels. He also liaised with my team internally to get my stakeholders aligned. He made sure our sales team understood the process, how to qualify leads, and how to position leads in the CRM. He made sure the information flowed through my internal company resources and into marketing communications we pushed out.
How did you come to work with RG Digital?
They had a very strong set of online articles on their blog. They had great content regarding inbound marketing. I was searching for an inbound marketer near me, and they popped up on Google.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent somewhere between $50,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working together since early March of 2020.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen almost a doubling of our revenue as a result of all the funnels and campaigns we run with RG Digital. It's not only because of the sales funnels, as we’ve had to hire salespeople and put in place other things to allow us to scale, but RG Digital's ground-floor work allowed that kind of growth to happen.
How did RG Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Rahul works very hard. His team never has any issues with deadlines. There’s always been clear communication. Their team gets things done without excuses or stories.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their general breadth of knowledge stands out. They’re experienced with a lot of different systems and tactics, and they weave them together. Building funnels and a whole sales team is a massive puzzle — there are a lot of pieces even outside of technology like marketing communications. and training salespeople. It was impressive to see them integrate all those into a system with a successful end result.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, not that I can think of. I’m very happy.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Before you reach out to them, make sure you read some of the articles on their website so that you know what you’re getting yourself into in terms of their process. It’s not like you just hire them and success comes the next day. You have to manage the change internally; it’s a very intensive process, initially. RG Digital knows what they’re doing.

I’m the CEO and co-founder of a real estate sales generation company. Our company is a sales enablement tool for real estate professionals.
What challenge were you trying to address with RG Digital?
We wanted to expand and get more clients all over North America.
What was the scope of their involvement?
The core of their work was online advertising management like Facebook, Google, Instagram, and LinkedIn. They came up with a strategy, ad design, creative text, and photos. After making the landing page, they integrated it with our CRM so when the leads do come in, they go out to our salespeople. RG Digital took care of ad buying as well as managed that budget.
The second piece they worked on was sales operations. They first set up Salesforce and then HubSpot when we switched to process leads generated and in that managed and optimized. The third piece was they created an industry blog. The work surrounding this included optimizing the blog for SEO, writing content, and optimizing for lead generation which then became a new source of lead.

We were in direct contact with Raul (Founder).
How did you come to work with RG Digital?
When they first applied, they were actually overqualified. I said I couldn’t pay that much because I was just a little startup. They came back and said they were so confident in the work, we could pay later. So we said okay and three months later we were able to start paying RG Digital. They started the relationship as an employee, but then it made more sense to just be a contractor.

We invested about $200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from July 2016–March 2020.

When we started, our revenue was about $100,000 a month and they helped us get to about $500,000 a month over the course of about four years.
How did RG Digital perform from a project management standpoint?
Raul always got the work done and did a good job, but he wasn’t the best communicator. Usually, people who have a great marketing brain aren’t good managers or leaders, so we learned how to work with them. We typically communicated daily in person, over the phone, and through text and email. It was constant communication.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I’ve hired many other digital marketers and Raul is by far the best and the smartest. He lives and breathes this stuff and is like a mad scientist. A lot of marketers work off of basic textbook and work to only check off a box and do the marketing needed. Raul stays up with all of the industry trends, new strategies, new software, and tries new things. There’s a marketer and then there’s a person who’s trying to be a thought leader in marketing, and he’s the thought leader.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I think the communication piece is something they could have done better. Even though they delivered results, we like to know what’s going on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust and have faith in them because they will work around the clock to make sure it gets done. Go get anything you need, don’t let things come to you, and just give them a target or goal.
