Our website’s domain authority was super low, but within a very short time of working with Window To Recovery, it jumped significantly. We’d been working with other SEO companies for almost three years before them, but those companies weren’t familiar with our space and didn’t do the work well. Once Window To Recovery took over, we saw an increase in page ranking of around 60–70%. Considering how complex PPC is in our industry, the fact that Window To Recovery has effectively utilized our budget and still generated traffic and calls, right out of the gate, has been crucial and very fruitful for us. They generated many more opportunities, and they felt comfortable with a process where we stayed in touch regularly to make sure we were meeting our goals and objectives. With other agencies I’ve worked with before, trying to get any kind of meeting was like pulling teeth. It’s really hard to have an effective relationship if we can’t speak to each other. As mentioned in my prior answer, sometimes consultants and agencies give you a prescription or plan. Then it’s pretty rigid from there. We’ve had some interesting changes internally, but we’ve been able to work with Zupo to find a way to pivot strategies while still seeing great results. There was concern that we were pushing too much or asking to adjust things too far, but we’ve always come out with better results and goals met.
