Introduce your business and what you do there.

I'm the founder of Remoov, a decluttering service startup.


What challenge were you trying to address with Stackmatix?

Our biggest challenge has been building a sustainable and efficient marketing campaign, finding the right leads, and optimizing conversion. As a small company, we're lacking an in-house marketing department, so we reached out to Stackmatix to help us with our digital strategy. 


What was the scope of their involvement?

Initially, they helped us identify the best ways we could have an impact with our budget. They reviewed our analytics, conducted research around our target audience, identified keywords, and executed a strategy. They've spearheaded lead-targeting initiatives to drive leads to our different funnels and recommended designers to work with us to develop the creatives needed.

What is the team composition? 

I work with Matt and James (Co-Founders, Stackmatix). 

How did you come to work with Stackmatix?

I previously worked with another consultant, but I was looking for a more professional team to partner with as our business grew. A friend of mine had worked with Matt, so he recommended them.

What is the status of this engagement?

We've been working together since late 2018, and the engagement is ongoing.


What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Stackmatix cut our CAC in half. They significantly improved our marketing ROI. We're very happy with the results of the conversion optimization work they've done overall.

How did Stackmatix perform from a project management standpoint?

They're extremely responsive. We meet once a week to go over progress, analytics, and other data, which is all tracked through shared documents. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their responsiveness and ability to think outside the box sets them apart. Regardless of the size of a company, they're able to come up with creative solutions that work. They're also data and results driven, and have a proven track record of executing on strategies well. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

As they grow, I hope they are able to offer creative solutions in house or a group of preferred partners depending on the budget.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Provide clarity around project goals. Their team is very knowledgeable when it comes to Google products, so take advantage of their expertise but explore other options beyond AdWords.
