As they call it, they manage the top middle and bottom of the funnel. Top - They have strategized, scoped and managed many traffic acquisition campaigns including: digital planning, media targeting/creation of lookalike audiences, buying and optimizing ads on Facebook, Google (including Google grants), and LinkedIn.
They also are responsible for creating ad copy and design for many of these campaigns. Middle - They build all landing pages from strategy and concept discussions with the client (custom design/development) on Unbounce with integrations to Hubspot.
They are always testing landing pages; design & other conversion elements to improve the landing page conversion rate. Bottom - To deliver and constantly improve sales and loyalty, Infinity Media has worked with us to create segmented email strategies, retargeting and remarketing outreach and SMS automations.

The Infinity Media team level set expectations with their reporting and insights at the beginning of the week. Then we scheduled a regular weekly call to discuss results, insights, and action items. Following team meetings, the IM team would work to execute the agreed to initiatives, and deliverables until the next week/meeting. Any consultation between reports and meetings was done via chat or email - they are extremely quick to respond which I appreciate.

They were responsible for our marketing strategy from top to bottom. They did everything from ad buying on Google & LinkedIn, email marketing, and marketing strategy to help increase our CRO, to copywriting and even creative design. On top of that, they even provided in-depth weekly reporting & analysis that was second to none.

They really position their team to be an extension of our team. We felt like they gave us almost full-time employees for everything. We had an account strategist, project manager, media buyers, email marketer, as well as copywriter, and graphic designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
They were able to come in and implement proper tracking & reporting for our campaigns. Within weeks we were seeing more conversions and lower costs per conversion. We aim to increase the budget and conversions by 20% month-over-month, which we continue to do successfully.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Incredibly easy - much easier than other agencies we've worked with! Their response times are usually within 30 minutes and they're always extremely detailed in emails/messages and very thorough during our calls.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The results are second to none - we've already generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in future revenue, but ultimately, we've worked with other agencies. Infinity Media is different - they treat you like they're part of your team, not a distant group of mercenaries. I find that most unique and impressive while working with them.

After diligent research we shortlisted Infinity, along with a few others. After an interview with them, we felt they were the right fit for us.

They made sure our IT infrastructure was set up by the time we moved into our new office. Which meant uninstalling/moving everything from our old office to our new office. Then installing, configuring and managing our new network and systems, in our new place.

Their CTO was our main point of contact for the move, but we now work with different IT specialists depending on what issue we run into.
